The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Downes prevents er from breaking the clinch. Downes has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. er is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. er wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flores sends B crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Flores is motioning to the referee to let B up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like BOB B has been cut. B shoots in for a takedown but Flores shows good takedown defense. Flores misses with a wild combination.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Naungayan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Naungayan lunges at Slice with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Slice's hand. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Slice. Naungayan has managed to clinch.
Naungayan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Naungayan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Naungayan decides to stand up, so the ref orders Slice to his feet. Slice tries to clinch but Naungayan moves away and Naungayan counters with a nice double leg into half guard. It looks like Naungayan is going to stand back up.

Cox stands up over Back, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Cox is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Becker shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Overdrive napping and manages to drive through into side control! Becker looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Becker working away. Overdrive is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Overdrive tries to strike but it doesn't land. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Overdrive is looking for a sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Becker avoids the strikes from the bottom by Overdrive. Overdrive tries to bench press Becker off him but Becker keeps the position.

Igor Busmalis's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. A combination from Witherspoon does no damage. Witherspoon fails to land with a series of punches.

A nice leg kick lands there from Witherspoon. Witherspoon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Busmalis. Busmalis takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

and Witherspoon counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Busmalis is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Jeez, Igor Busmalis's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Busmalis misses with a body shot
and Witherspoon counters with a good low kick that Busmalis was not able to check. Good exchange - Witherspoon coming out on top.
