Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ren Grusen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Sharp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sharp has chosen Funhouse as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grusen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sharp finds it's way round the side to connect with Grusen's head.
Grusen dives in for a single leg takedown but Sharp sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sharp throws a shot from downtown. Grusen moves away and avoids it.
Grusen shoots in but no luck this time.
Sharp misses with an uppercut.

Grusen looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Grusen postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sharp is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Grusen, into his guard.

Michel lands with a kick to the ribs.

Gooden tries to land a knee to the head but Michel blocks with his arms.
Michel presses Gooden against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Gooden has Michel pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Michel manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ville Ahokas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kusi Amuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ahokas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Älä Enää Lyö. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
