The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grusen has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sharp finds it's way round the side to connect with Grusen's head.
Grusen dives in for a single leg takedown but Sharp sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sharp throws a shot from downtown. Grusen moves away and avoids it.
Grusen shoots in but no luck this time.
Sharp misses with an uppercut.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

I think Ahokas might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Älä Enää Lyö. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
