The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Klinkhammer takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. A slow jab from Klinkhammer misses its intended target. Magnum tries to clinch up. Klinkhammer fails with a takedown attempt. Klinkhammer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Magnum seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Magnum scores with a nice body kick.
Klinkhammer shoots in but Magnum avoids the takedown attempt easily. Very Magnum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kristoff Klinkhammer. Magnum shoots in for a takedown but Klinkhammer shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Magnum misses with a takedown attempt - Klinkhammer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Klinkhammer shoots in for a takedown but Magnum shows good takedown defense. Magnum shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Magnum is looking to take a break and control but Klinkhammer is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A left lands for Tapper. Kahva takes a body punch but keeps moving. Nice straight punches there by Tapper. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Tapper. Kahva misses with a takedown attempt and Tapper counters with a left to the body. Tapper lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Tapper. Kahva has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kahva's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kahva gets in close and instigates a clinch. Tapper tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Tapper is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Kahva has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Tapper uses from the top position. This has been an exciting period of action! Tapper is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Tapper wants to pass the guard but Kahva is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tapper sitting in guard here, content to control. Tapper tries to free his leg and advance position but Kahva is retaining full guard. Tapper seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Tapper wants to control from the top but Kahva keeps moving.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. A punch combination from Kahva misses. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Tapper, as that shot connected.
Tapper lands a jab. Kahva's coach down at MMA Sanok Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kahva's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Kahva is looking to clinch. Tapper looks to score with a jab to the body but Kahva is just out of range. Tapper lands with a shot to the body. Kahva fails with the takedown and Tapper counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Kahva shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Tapper has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Kahva doesn't defend quickly enough and Tapper has managed to lock this one up! Can Kahva escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Tapper on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bombada throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Kantola thows a left - swing and a miss! Bombada looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. Kantola misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kantola takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Kantola shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bombada but Bombada pushes him off and we're back to square one. Kantola throws an off balance right hand
and Bombada cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Bombada scores with a three punch combo!
Bombada swats away the attempt to clinch by Kantola. Kantola misses with a body kick. Bombada throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! A jab from Kantola misses. Bombada throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kantola. Kantola throws a nice inside leg kick. Whack! Bombada lands a heavy head kick that drops Kantola. The ref tackles Bombada to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kantola was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Champ Bombada! A relieved looking Champ Bombada thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heimolainen fails with a takedown attempt. Pulkannaru shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Pulkannaru throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Heimolainen walks forward, straight into a front kick from Pulkannaru. Pasi Pulkannaru seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pulkannaru closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Pulkannaru lands in his opponent's guard. Heimolainen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Heimolainen stands and throws Pulkannaru's legs to the side, diving into side control. It looked like Heimolainen was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Pulkannaru. Pulkannaru changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Heimolainen looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Heimolainen is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pulkannaru can do to turn this around? Pulkannaru lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Heimolainen down.

He's slipped one arm under the chin. Pulkannaru has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Heimolainen has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Pulkannaru taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Heimolainen doesn't care though - he's delighted!

The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Trzcinski, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Shark scores with a jab. The Shark throws a right hand that Diver ducks under and follows up with a left that Diver also avoids with ease. Diver doesn't succeed with the takedown and The Shark counters with a stiff right hand. Diver feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Diver accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The Shark manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. The Shark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. The Shark has closed the distance and engaged Diver in a clinch.

It looks like Rafinha Capoeira has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rambo misses with a hook. Capoeira ducked under it nicely. Rambo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Capoeira pulls him back up using the underhooks. Rambo gets control of Capoeira's arms and successfully pulls guard. Rambo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Rambo takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Rambo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Capoeira wants to stand and escape but instead Rambo has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Capoeira wants to stand up but Rambo is controlling him. Rambo trying to control the position from guard on top but Capoeira is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Rambo prefers to stall for the moment though. Rambo tries to advance to mount but can't. Rambo tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rambo trying to control the position but Capoeira is working away. Rambo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Capoeira is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Rambo has an Americana. Capoeira didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rambo is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rambo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
