Machida comes to the cage accompanied by For Whom The Bell Tolls. Minotauro is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Buckethead - jump man. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Minotauro has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Machida steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Minotauro. That one must have hurt.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Minotauro, as that shot connected.
Machida lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Minotauro circles away quickly and effectively.
Minotauro is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.
Decent striking displayed by Minotauro there.
Machida lands a leg kick that knocks Minotauro off balance momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Machida uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Minotauro.

Minotauro rushes Machida with punches - Machida moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Machida goes down! Minotauro follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
