McQuaid dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
McQuaid stuns Hein with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McQuaid closes the distance and lands a one-two.
McQuaid jabs Hein to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hein showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McQuaid.

Hein closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McQuaid is trying to buck Hein off.
Hein is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hein tries to advance to mount but McQuaid denies him.

McQuaid is pawing at Hein, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Hein's nose. Hein is badly hurt! McQuaid pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Hein tries desperately to hold on but McQuaid is relentless in his assault! As Hein receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls McQuaid away and this one is in the books!

Blake wants to clinch
and White counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Blake shoots in but no luck this time.

Blake looks like he's trying to stand up.
White is taking a breather. Blake says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Turner thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tucker if he has to take too many more of those.

Wally Turner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turner leaves Tucker with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Horrible takedown attempt by Tucker or perhaps it was just good defense by Turner, which made it look bad.

Tucker walks straight into a right hand from Turner - that's dropped him! Turner jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Tucker from any more punishment! Tucker complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Primer has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Elves is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Elves is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Primer is surviving well by controlling Elves's body position as best he can.

Elves jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Primer is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Primer and Elves has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Primer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Elves. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
