15 - 22 - 3, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrew Havener! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Dmitry Maklakov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick misses from Havener. Hall keeps the fight on the outside. Hall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Havener.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Havener enables Hall to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Havener manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Hall working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Havener can do anything to dispel that myth. Hall throws a big right hand that misses. Hall with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Havener trying to keep a closed guard but Hall is proving a slippery customer.
Havener preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. We've been hearing good reports from Hall's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Jumping up and down and very excited, Kevin Hall waved his t-shirt featuring KAISER Nutrition (160!/220$)'s logo in front of the cameras. The fight moves into the clinch position. Gamburyan has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Thai after a bit of a struggle. Thai putting his Muay Thai to good use. Thai is trying to get back to his feet. Manvel Gamburyan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Muay Thai is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rutecki tries to clinch up but Speedos circles away and keeps his distance. No joy there for Speedos, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rutecki stalks Speedos and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Speedos's face. Speedos staggers backwards, shaken. Rutecki works the jab nicely. Rutecki moves in looking to clinch but Speedos pushes him off. Rutecki doesn't manage to clinch there - Speedos circles away.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Duddy. Hunt was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Duddy has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Hunt is landing a low percentage of strikes. Hunt closes the distance and clinches. Hunt misses with an elbow over the top. Hunt pushes off an throws an elbow but Duddy leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Hunt keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Duddy's efforts to push away. Duddy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Duddy connects with a nice looking jab.
Duddy scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Duddy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hunt moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Duddy lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. A big right from Hunt misses. Duddy is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Hunt with a body shot. Hunt throws a head kick that misses. Hunt tries to clinch there but Duddy circles away.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Susi! But no joy. Johnson throws a body punch but Susi moves out of range. Susi misses with a takedown attempt and Johnson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Susi thinking. Jordan Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Keni Susi. Susi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Johnson. Susi shoots in looking for a takedown but Johnson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Susi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Susi shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Johnson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Johnson keeping moving, preventing Susi from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Susi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Johnson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Johnson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Susi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Johnson is looking to stand up but Susi won't let him. Johnson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

No, Johnson has managed to get both his arms back between Susi's legs - danger averted. Susi working for submissions but it's allowed Johnson to get to half guard.
Well, if Johnson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Susi had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Johnson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Susi sprawling to the canvas! Susi rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Johnson finish him?!
Susi is rocked! Crack! Johnson connects with the perfect overhand right and Susi falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Johnson!
