Savage tries to close the distance and clinch but Gravas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Savage shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gravas as he avoids it easily. Savage misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Savage tries to clinch but Gravas moves out of range. Gravas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Savage has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Savage is looking to score with low kicks. A nice inside leg kick there by Savage. That's going to slow Gravas down. Savage looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Gravas throws out a leg kick but Savage moves out of range and Gravas only half commits. Savage tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Gravas lands a nice looking kick to the body. Savage takes a step back to recover. Savage checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Savage throws a big counter head kick but Gravas avoids it with no problem. Gravas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Savage chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Gravas can pounce on him.

A jab from Gravas does it's job there. Savage takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Gravas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Gravas misses with a low kick.

Savage pushes Gravas against the cage but Gravas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A head kick misses from Gravas.

Savage is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Savage gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orlov tries to clinch and Devil counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Orlov is lucky that one didn't land flush. Orlov throws a predictable looking body shot
and Devil counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Orlov thows a leg kick but Devil checks it and Orlov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Devil moves out of range of the body kick. Orlov darts in trying to clinch and Devil counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Devil throws a low kick, looking for Orlov's leg but Orlov calmly moves out of range. Orlov shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. A good leg kick by Orlov. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Orlov moves in looking to clinch but Devil pushes him off. Devil lands with a slapping head kick. Belmont throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Starner's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Belmont dives in looking to finish as Starner flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Belmont's strikes! Belmont is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Starner's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Starner was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dammon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lom. Lom throws a series of punches but Dammon moves out of range. Lom pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Good standup being displayed there by Lom as he connects with a hook. Dammon stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Lom feints and then cracks Dammon's leading leg with a nice low kick.
