Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and La Tigre Munanaposa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott comes into the arena with White Rabbit blaring out of the sound system. Munanaposa comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I'm an Adult Now kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! La Tigre Munanaposa acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Munanaposa.
Scott is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Munanaposa.

Scott shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Munanaposa manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Munanaposa escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Scott gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Munanaposa thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Scott really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Scott accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Munanaposa working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Munanaposa is stalling here. Scott is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Munanaposa seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Scott has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mees Metsast.
