The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adur fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hendrics on the side of the head. Adur tries to clinch but Hendrics is having none of it. Adur dips to his left and cracks Hendrics with an uppercut! Adur tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Hendrics manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hendrics drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Adur defends it well. Jab from Adur. Adur misses with the combination.
Despite the aggression on Hendrics's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Adur drops Hendrics with a beautiful combination! Hendrics stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Adur is looking for the KO!

It looks like Johny Hendrics has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Adur throws a nice looking combination but Hendrics bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Adur lands a big uppercut and Hendrics crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hendrics looks OK. Adur waves Hendrics back to his feet! Hendrics is still on wobbly legs! Can Adur finish him? Hendrics drops his hands for a split second and Adur immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Hendrics face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Adur follows up with a right hand that knocks Hendrics into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
