and Thatch counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Thatch takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Qfc Challenger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thatch thuds his right hand into Challenger's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Challenger gets a takedown into half guard.
Challenger seems to be working for a kimura but Thatch defends the submission attempt.
Challenger is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Thatch is just riding it out for now. Challenger eventually gives up the hold.
