4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Murphy! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Carmelon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Carmelon looks to land a combination but Murphy avoids it well.
Murphy closes the distance and pushes Carmelon back into the cage. Carmelon prevents the takedown attempt.
Carmelon is trying to force a seperation but Murphy has the dominant position. Carmelon tries to circle away but Murphy has him pinned against the cage. Murphy prevents Carmelon from breaking the clinch. Murphy has Carmelon pressed against the cage, preventing Carmelon from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Carmelon has had enough of the clinch but Murphy keeps him there for the moment.

Carmelon stuffs the takedown attempt from Murphy. Murphy gets slowly back to his feet. Carmelon throws out a powerful jab. Carmelon lands with a right hand. Fausto Carmelon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Carmelon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Murphy slips under a jab.
Murphy closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Carmelon did well to prevent Murphy getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Murphy stops Carmelon from getting back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Murphy thows a huge punch but Carmelon dodges it nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Carmelon clinches but Murphy breaks the clinch
and Murphy holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Murphy tries to score a body lock takedown but Carmelon shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Fausto Carmelon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Murphy. Murphy keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Carmelon's efforts to push away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Murphy shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Carmelon's guard. Murphy wants to control from the top but Carmelon keeps moving. Carmelon is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Carmelon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Carmelon wants to stand but Murphy is controlling the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Carmelon keeping moving, preventing Murphy from controlling successfully.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Carmelon misses with a body shot
and Murphy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Carmelon's guard now. Murphy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Carmelon swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Carmelon has his feet on Murphy's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Carmelon is breathing heavily. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Murphy. Carmelon shrugs it off though. A slow jab from Carmelon misses its intended target. Carmelon looks to land a left hand but Murphy moved out of range nicely. Murphy slips under a jab from Carmelon.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Murphy preventing the sweep. Murphy looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Carmelon keeping moving, preventing Murphy from controlling successfully. Murphy stands and throws Carmelon's legs to the side, diving into side control. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Carmelon is fending him off so far but Murphy persists. Nope, Carmelon circles away and we're back to standing. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

and Murphy holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Carmelon wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Murphy prevents Carmelon from breaking the clinch. Carmelon is trying to break the clinch but Murphy has him pressed against the cage. Carmelon tries to break free but Murphy pushes him back against the cage. Murphy takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Carmelon is leaning against Murphy and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Murphy has Carmelon pressed against the cage, preventing Carmelon from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Murphy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Carmelon smiles and moves away.

and Murphy counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Murphy throws a strike but Carmelon rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Carmelon wants to get up but he can't break Murphy's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

and Murphy counters with a nice double leg into side control. Carmelon won't be happy with that.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Murphy controls the position from side control. Carmelon is pushing Murphy's head away, looking to escape. Murphy manages to hold on to the position though. Carmelon manages to work his way to half guard, despite Murphy's best efforts. Murphy is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Carmelon wants to get back to his feet but Murphy is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Carmelon throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Carmelon controls Murphy momentarily but Murphy frees himself. Murphy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Carmelon is keeping the position for now.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Carmelon wants to stand and escape but Murphy is having none of it. Murphy postures up in Carmelon's guard and throws a big left but Carmelon blocks it. Fausto Carmelon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Carmelon misses with a few strikes there.
Murphy with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Carmelon to score with a decent uppercut.
Murphy closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. John Murphy is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Murphy keeps control of Carmelon as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Carmelon goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Carmelon tries to break the clinch but Murphy is controlling the position. Murphy tries to score a body lock takedown but Carmelon shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Fausto Carmelon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Murphy. Murphy blocks a body shot from Carmelon. Carmelon lands a body shot.
And that's the end of the fight! John Murphy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Murphy winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cross tries to clinch up.
Cauliflower shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cross wants to control but Cauliflower is having none of it. Cross is trying desperately to improve position. Cauliflower really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cross. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cross is working hard here to advance position. Cross sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Cauliflower wants to take a breather but Cross is having none of it. Cauliflower trying to control from Cross's half guard. Cross has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
Cross working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cauliflower doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cauliflower manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Cauliflower controls from within his opponent's guard. Cross keeping moving, preventing Cauliflower from controlling successfully.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Cross trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Cross looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Cauliflower tries to free his leg and advance position but Cross is retaining full guard. Cauliflower stays in close to Cross's body and controls the position.
Cauliflower got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cross has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Cauliflower has managed to get both his arms back between Cross's legs - danger averted.
Cross is looking to sinch up a triangle. Cauliflower throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Cross's body to avoid the submission. Cross has instead reached around Cauliflower's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Cross arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

On his way into the cage it seems that Eric Strider has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Eric Strider seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Santiago Huerta! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Strider bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Strider misses with a low kick.
Strider misses with the combination.
Horrible takedown by Huerta or perhaps it was just good defense by Strider which made him look bad. Strider lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Huerta circles away quickly and effectively. A solid leg kick lands there for Strider.
Strider has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Huerta finds it's way round the side to connect with Strider's head. Huerta checks a low kick from Strider. Eric Strider seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Strider lands with a shot to the body. Strider comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Huerta looks gassed! A combination from Strider does no damage. Strider tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Strider misses with a series of wild punches.
A slapping leg kick lands for Strider.
Strider lands a left and a right that send Huerta crashing to the mat, dazed. Strider thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
 Huerta is rocked! Strider tries to clinch but Huerta moves out of range. Huerta is still on wobbly legs! Can Strider finish him? Strider lands a nice looking body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Strider fails with an attempt to clinch.
Huerta seems to have recovered his senses. Strider cracks Huerta with a hook to the temple - Huerta is on wobbly legs here! Strider swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Huerta falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Strider wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Eric Strider!

Fortuna feints and as Gobbles raises his hands in defense, Fortuna changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Fortuna slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Gobbles tries to escape but Fortuna is in control. Fortuna wants to control but Gobbles is keeping him busy. Gobbles is trying to get back to his feet. Fortuna in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Gobbles gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Fortuna working the head and body with strikes. Gobbles tries to roll over but Fortuna keeps him under control. Fortuna trying to control the pace. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gobbles is looking to improve his position.

 It looks like Jean Baptiste Lellouche has been cut. Lellouche slips a jab and a cross from Green.
Lellouche looks to throw the jab but Green is out of range. Green checks a leg kick. Green fails in his attempt to clinch. Green misses with an uppercut. Lellouche saw that one coming. Green fails to land the takedown. Green takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lellouche throws a right and a left that Green avoids nicely. Green looks for a takedown but Lellouche sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sheldon Green. That's going to take a lot out of him. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Lellouche. Green jabbing away but nothing is landing.
