The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bang gets tackled into the cage by Harris. Harris maintains the clinch. Harris lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bang. Harris content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Harris manages to break the clinch.
Harris goes for a small jab and connects. Now Harris goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Bang stumbles back but Harris runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Bang to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Bang will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBain scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. McBain stuffs the takedown attempt from St Regis . St Regis gets slowly back to his feet. McBain misses with a series of wild punches.
St Regis dodges the punch combination from McBain.
McBain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but St Regis circles away quickly and effectively. McBain sizes up St Regis with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. St Regis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McBain as he avoids it easily. McBain lands a two punch combo.
No luck for St Regis with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tikuana St Regis . That's going to take a lot out of him. McBain tries to sprawl but St Regis drives through with a takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McBain is trying to control but can't.
McBain felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. McBain is trying to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McBain moves into full guard.
St Regis postures up and lands a big shot to McBain's brow. St Regis pushing down on McBain's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. St Regis is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. McBain keeping hold of St Regis 's head, controlling as best he can. St Regis has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can McBain defend it? St Regis steps over the head and cranks it - McBain is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for St Regis !

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker moves into range and clinches up with Gracie. Parker jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gracie walks away with a smile on his face. Parker gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Parker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gracie sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Parker somewhat. Gracie gets the takedown into side control. Gracie has hold of Parker's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Parker tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gracie cranks the arm and Parker screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Parker, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sternik looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A counter left hand to the body from Dhabi misses its target. Dhabi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sternik shoots in and drives through. Dhabi sprawls well. Sternik fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dhabi manages to avoid it. Dhabi rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Sternik counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Abu Dhabi has been cut. Sternik lands with an uppercut that bounces Dhabi off the cage and back into range. Sternik swinging wildly here.
Dhabi throws a jab when Sternik was well out of range. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Sternik! But no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dhabi looks to land a left hand but Sternik moved out of range nicely. As Dhabi backs off Sternik throws a huge counter combo but Dhabi manages to avoid it all. Sternik closes the distance and clinches. Dhabi manages to break the clinch.
Abu Dhabi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sternik lands a lovely overhand right. Dhabi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sternik moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sternik uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dhabi. A little jabbing left from Sternik on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Dhabi misses with a hook. Sternik ducked under it nicely. Sternik swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dhabi. Dhabi connects with a single shot there. Sternik fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sternik takes a body punch but keeps moving. Sternik blocks a head kick by Dhabi.
Sternik let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Dhabi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Dhabi misses with a double jab.
Sternik lands a jab to Dhabi's midsection. Sternik throws a lazy right hand but Dhabi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dhabi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sternik walks into a straight right hand from Dhabi. Dhabi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dhabi throws an off balance right hand
and Sternik counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dhabi thinking. Sternik lands a left and a right that sends Dhabi crashing to the canvas! Sternik dives into mount looking to finish!
Dhabi is rocked! Sternik takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Oh Dhabi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Sternik has control of Dhabi's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dhabi regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Sternik looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Sternik looking to isolate an arm here. Dhabi doesn't see it coming and as Sternik extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Sternik!

Boma throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Witczak works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Boma loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Boma working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Boma throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Witczak works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Boma throws a strike but Witczak rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Witczak prevents Boma from getting back to his feet.

Boma cracks Witczak with an uppercut from hell and Witczak crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Boma's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Witczak is still in real trouble! Can Boma finish him? Boma has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Witczak looks winded! Boma postures up in Witczak's guard and throws a big left but Witczak blocks it. Witczak avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Boma is looking to work some ground and pound but Witczak has wrist control. Boma passes Witczak's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Boma thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Boma not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Witczak blocking the ground and pound attempt from Boma. Witczak seems to have recovered his senses. Boma thows a huge punch but Witczak dodges it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boma misses with a head shot. Witczak uses the momentum to regain guard. That's three minutes gone in the round. Boma sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Witczak's guard. Boma missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Witczak avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Boma. Boma works his way into side control. Witczak wants to get back to his feet but Boma drags him back down. Boma fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Sloppy strikes there by Boma. Boma working the ground and pound but Witczak is defending the strikes. Witczak parries the strikes from Boma easily there. Boma is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Witczak to escape.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boma tries to score with some ground and pound. Witczak controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Boma working the ground and pound but Witczak is defending the strikes. Boma creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Witczak sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Boma throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Boma throwing shots but missing, from side control. Boma misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Witczak regains half guard, as Boma was trying to land strikes. Boma throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Titan Boma dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's time! Back to the action!
Boma rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Witczak moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Some wild striking there from Boma.
Boma connects with a single shot there. Witczak misses the shot to the body. Boma appears to be looking for a big counter. Boma avoids the body shot from Witczak.

Boma throws a series of punches but Witczak avoids them all with ease. Titan Boma is winning the standup battle so far. Boma steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Witczak. Witczak feints a jab promting Boma to slip. Witczak then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Boma slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Boma throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Witczak looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Witczak has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Witczak on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Witczak tries to bum rush Boma with a series of wild strikes but Boma uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Boma is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Boma shuts the power down on Witczak. Lights out, game over! Boma is your winner.

Titan Boma tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool. In defeat, Piotr Witczak stepped up to the mic, saying 'KOSTKE MAM SKRECONA'.

Rose's coach down at Morbid Conditioning, Trans, Esc School $1000 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Rose's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Nga circles away from the clinch attempt.
Rose tries to clinch up but Nga circles away and keeps his distance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rose fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Rose misses with a body shot.
Jarred Rose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rose feints and as Nga raises his hands in defense, Rose changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nga is trying to keep Rose in close.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Nga is on top in guard.
We've been hearing good reports from Nga's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Nga stopping the sweep attempt from Rose.

Nice cross by Nga. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rose wants to clinch and Nga connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rose chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Nga can pounce on him.
Rose shoots in looking for a takedown. Nga tries to sprawl out of it but Rose keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nga manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nga dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rose. That did some damage!

Rose misses with a takedown attempt - Nga sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nga leaves Rose with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nice takedown defense from Nga. No joy for Rose on that attempt. Nga changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Rose fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Nga, right into the meat.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nga cracks Rose with a right hand to the side of the head. Nga has managed to clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thompson keeps the fight on the outside. Syn lands a really nice looking cross but Thompson seems unphased.
Thompson works Syn's body with a nice hook. Syn swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Thompson. Thompson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Syn seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Thompson ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Syn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thompson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A little jabbing left from Thompson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A shot to the body from Syn misses and Thompson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Syn wants to clinch. Thompson misses with an uppercut. Syn saw that one coming. Nice shot by Syn. Syn fails to land with a series of punches.

Thompson is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Syn rather than just go for the knockout. Syn showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thompson.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Thompson thuds a left hand into Syn's body. Thompson pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Syn throws a head kick that misses. Thompson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. A looping hook to the body misses from Thompson. Syn does a little dance to reset his feet. Syn throws a counter high kick but Thompson was just alert enough to avoid it. Syn throws a nice outside leg kick. Thompson cracks Syn with a right hand to the side of the head. Syn fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Thompson has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Thompson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Man takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Boone shoots in and bounces Man off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Boone sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Man's guard. Nice strikes from Boone there.

Boone slows the pace down in half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boone passes to side control. Boone is looking to take a break and control but Man is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Boone scores with a couple of short elbows.
