The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boy Juinor lands a big head kick that sends Haidar tumbling to the mat! Boy Juinor takes a step backwards and waves Haidar back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Aamin Haidar has been cut. Boy Juinor closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A shot in the inside from Haidar. Haidar tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Boy Juinor just stands there and leans against the cage. Boy Juinor taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Boy Juinor forces Haidar back against the cage and clinches. Boy Juinor working Haidar over with knees to the body. Boy Juinor landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Boy Juinor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Boy Juinor throws a quick inside leg kick. Boy Juinor fails with an attempt to clinch.
Boy Juinor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Haidar circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boy Juinor feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Haidar's calf.

Boy Juinor lands a big head kick that sends Haidar to the canvas! Boy Juinor follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Uwukiwe lands with a thumping leg kick.
Uwukiwe throws a head kick but Iolani moves out of range.
Uwukiwe lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Uwukiwe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Uwukiwe is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Iolani makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Iolani. Uwukiwe trying to control but Iolani is working from the bottom. Uwukiwe wanted to stand there but Iolani had control of the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Iolani working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Uwukiwe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Uwukiwe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Uwukiwe has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Iolani is proving hard to escape from. Iolani keeping full guard, as Uwukiwe tries to pass. Uwukiwe wants to control from the top but Iolani keeps moving. Uwukiwe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Iolani. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Iolani looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Uwukiwe is looking to stand up but Iolani won't let him. Uwukiwe must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Iolani looking to control.
Uwukiwe wants to pass the guard but Iolani is keeping the position. Uwukiwe has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Iolani is proving hard to escape from.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Uwukiwe tries to free his leg and advance position but Iolani is retaining full guard. Uwukiwe gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Iolani closes this distance looking for a takedown but Uwukiwe circles away. Iolani shoots and misses and Uwukiwe counters by clinching up. Uwukiwe wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Iolani tries to pull guard but Uwukiwe won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sebastian Iolani. That's going to take a lot out of him. Iolani keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Uwukiwe's efforts to push away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Iolani tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Iolani jumps guard but Uwukiwe stands there with Iolani around his waist. Iolani gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Uwukiwe wants to break free but Iolani has control.
Uwukiwe breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Uwukiwe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Uwukiwe pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Uwukiwe throws a series of punches but Iolani moves out of range. Uwukiwe thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Iolani if he has to take too many more of those.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aoio Uwukiwe dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Uwukiwe with a poor takedown and Iolani counters with a shoot takedown. Uwukiwe fights it but they end up in guard. Iolani is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Uwukiwe can do anything to dispel that myth. Iolani cracks Uwukiwe with a solid left hand. Uwukiwe looking for a sweep. Not yet Uwukiwe, not yet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Iolani drops back looking for a leg! Uwukiwe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Uwukiwe manages to kick Iolani off! Iolani jumps back into Uwukiwe's guard. Uwukiwe wants to stand but Iolani is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Iolani thows a big elbow that misses. Uwukiwe keeping moving, preventing Iolani from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Iolani tries to clinch but Uwukiwe is having none of it. Uwukiwe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sebastian Iolani has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aoio Uwukiwe. Iolani avoids the head kick by Uwukiwe.

Uwukiwe trying to control the position from guard on top but Iolani is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Uwukiwe slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Uwukiwe tries to stand but Iolani is controlling from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Aoio Uwukiwe will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Horrible takedown by Iolani or perhaps it was just good defense by Uwukiwe which made him look bad. Uwukiwe has a takedown stuffed. Uwukiwe throws a right and a left that Iolani avoids nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Iolani dodges the punch combination from Uwukiwe.

Iolani with a lazy takedown attempt and Uwukiwe counters with a two punch combo. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Uwukiwe scores with a spinning back kick! Iolani with a poor takedown and Uwukiwe counters with a body kick that stops Iolani in his tracks momentarily. Uwukiwe lands with a kick to the temple. Iolani shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

so Iolani counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Uwukiwe wants to stand up but Iolani is controlling him. Uwukiwe can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Iolani controls the pace. Uwukiwe wants to stand up but Iolani is controlling him. Aoio Uwukiwe is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Iolani tries to free his leg and advance position but Uwukiwe is retaining full guard. Iolani trying to control the position from guard on top but Uwukiwe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Iolani stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Uwukiwe swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Iolani trying to control but Uwukiwe is working from the bottom. Iolani trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Uwukiwe looks to clinch and Iolani counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Iolani. Iolani drops back, looking for a kneebar! Uwukiwe looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Uwukiwe looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Uwukiwe! Uwukiwe wants to stand but Iolani is controlling his arm.
And that's the end of the fight! Sebastian Iolani showed his dominance in that final round. I think Uwukiwe has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maxwell lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Heero Yuy has been cut. Yuy tries for a takedown but Maxwell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Maxwell has closed the distance and engaged Yuy in a clinch.
Yuy letting Maxwell take a breather here. Maxwell working some nice short punches in the clinch. Yuy with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Yuy wants a takedown.
Yuy misses with an elbow strike.
Yuy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Maxwell pulls his leg out and moves away.
Todd Maxwell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Heero Yuy. Yuy looks gassed! Yuy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Maxwell stalks Yuy and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Yuy's face. Yuy staggers backwards, shaken. Maxwell fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Yuy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Maxwell defends it nicely. Maxwell jabs Yuy right on the nose. Yuy blinks but takes it well. Maxwell scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Maxwell stuffs the takedown attempt from Yuy. Yuy gets slowly back to his feet. Maxwell throws a one two combo.
Maxwell lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Yuy can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Maxwell and Yuy drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Maxwell.
