and Mitchell counters with a low kick, right behind Tyson 's knee.
Tyson swings for the body but Mitchell moves out of range.
Mitchell wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Tyke Mitchell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mitchell swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Tyson.

Tyson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tyson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Tyson tries to bum rush Mitchell with a series of wild strikes but Mitchell uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Mitchell circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Tyson to the canvas! Tyson doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Mitchell keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jesse Pinkman.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Hughes working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Hughes scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Brandao is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Hughes can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
