McIrish shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Longstreet pinned against the cage. Longstreet gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Longstreet has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Balas forces Paddon back against the cage and clinches.

Balas drops his hands momentarily and Paddon takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Balas slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Balas throws a lazy right hand but Paddon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Balas takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Balas dips to his left and cracks Paddon with an uppercut!
Balas feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Paddon sprawling to the canvas! Paddon rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Balas finish him?!

Balas looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Balas counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Paddon! He's just covering up as Balas starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
