The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koko misses with a takedown attempt - Debil sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Debil lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Maxwell Koko has been cut.
Debil lands a leg kick that knocks Koko off balance momentarily.

Debil feints and as Koko raises his hands in defense, Debil changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Debil drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Koko manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Debil has Koko in his guard.

Zal is looking for a sweep. Pease is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Pease is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Zal doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Pease.

Pease is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Zal is forced to tap! Great finish!

Longstreet darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Paddy McIrish has been cut.
McIrish shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Longstreet pinned against the cage. Longstreet gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Longstreet is clearly trying to counter these attacks from McIrish with a body shot.
Longstreet lands a glancing blow to the side of McIrish's head.
Longstreet swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by McIrish.

McIrish seems to have got his legs back now.
McIrish takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

McIrish closes the distance and clinches up with Longstreet, looking for a takedown. McIrish pushes Longstreet against the cage but Longstreet circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McIrish shoots in but no luck this time.
Longstreet looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Longstreet has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Paddy McIrish. That's going to take a lot out of him.
