1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Serg Ramirez! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson thows a body shot but no joy. Ramirez throws a right hand that Jackson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jackson also avoids with ease. Ramirez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jackson just misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Ramirez. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Ramirez to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Ramirez is rocked! Ramirez being controlled here, momentarily. Ramirez is still in real trouble! Can Jackson finish him? Jackson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Ramirez bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jackson's guard. Ramirez seems to have recovered his senses. Jackson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Jackson has momentary wrist control but Ramirez slips an elbow through the middle. Ramirez wants to pass the guard but Jackson is keeping the position. Jackson looking for a sweep. Not yet Jackson, not yet. Jackson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Ramirez. Ramirez content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Ramirez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jackson has control of Ramirez's left arm, preventing Ramirez from doing any damage. Ramirez throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Jackson trying to keep a closed guard but Ramirez is proving a slippery customer.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Ramirez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ramirez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jackson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Ramirez looks gassed! Ramirez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jackson. Jackson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jackson Hawk! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Valeri Chadov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hawk instigates a clinch. Hawk using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Sinner has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Sinner jumps guard.
Hawk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sinner keeping moving, preventing Hawk from controlling successfully. Hawk controls from within his opponent's guard. Hawk looking to sit in guard and control but Sinner gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Hawk manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Sinner is breathing heavily. Sinner can't escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hawk jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Sinner is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Sinner and Hawk has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Hawk in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Hawk controls the position. Hawk is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Sinner has escaped the position, nice work there. Hawk wants to control but Sinner is keeping him busy. Sinner controls the position for a moment. The referee asks Hawk politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hawk prefers to stall for the moment though. Sinner is not content to let Hawk control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hawk grinds an elbow into Sinner's temple. Hawk advances to mount. Hawk tries to control but Sinner wriggling away. Sinner regains half guard. Hawk looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Sinner blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hawk. Hawk thows a huge punch but Sinner dodges it nicely.

The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Hawk thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Hawk pushing down on Sinner's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Hawk passes to side control. Sinner prevents Hawk from moving into mount. Hawk is looking to take a break and control but Sinner is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sinner is being controlled here. Hawk is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sinner is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Hawk wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sinner, who protects the arm well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hawk stuffs the takedown attempt from Sinner. Sinner gets slowly back to his feet. Sinner circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sinner shoots in but no luck this time. Hawk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sinner swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hawk fails with an attempt to clinch.

Hawk has hold of Sinner's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Sinner manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Smith tries to clinch but Moukari moves away and Moukari counters by clinching up. Smith has Moukari pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Moukari manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Smith tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Smith with a knee to the head.

Masa Moukari showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Smith wants to clinch but Moukari slips to the side and Moukari counters with a one-two to the body. Smith darts in trying to clinch and Moukari counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Moukari chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Smith takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Moukari with a hook. Smith closes the distance looking to clinch and Moukari counters with a three punch combo that has Smith backing up. Smith nods at Moukari to acknowledge the strikes. Moukari circles away from the clinch attempt and Moukari counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Smith's guard now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Moukari stops Smith from standing up. Moukari is looking to stand up but Smith won't let him. Moukari takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Smith throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Piiska shoots in but no luck this time. Carlson throws a nice looking combination but Piiska bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Matt Carlson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Carlson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Carlson throws a series of punches but Piiska avoids them all with ease. Piiska avoids a punch combination nicely.
Carlson lands with a nice combination. Piiska backs away looking to recover. Carlson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Carlson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Carlson throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Piiska tries for a takedown but Carlson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Carlson stuffs the takedown. Matt Carlson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pertti Piiska. Carlson throws a right hand that Piiska ducks under and follows up with a left that Piiska also avoids with ease. Carlson swinging wilding here.
Carlson tries to clinch but Piiska is having none of it. Piiska takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Piiska tries to clinch there but Carlson circles away.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Carlson takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Some wild striking there from Carlson.
Carlson tries to bum rush Piiska with a series of wild strikes but Piiska uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Piiska has taken the fight to the clinch.
Piiska breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A right-left combo lands from Carlson. Carlson throws a series of punches but Piiska moves out of range. Carlson's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Carlson duly obliges. Carlson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Piiska. Carlson throws a combination that misses and Piiska counters with a big head kick but Carlson shrugs it off. Horrible takedown by Piiska or perhaps it was just good defense by Carlson which made him look bad. Carlson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Piiska counters by moving into the clinch. Piiska pulls guard successfully.

Piiska is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Carlson has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Piiska trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Piiska is trying to take his opponent's back.
Piiska takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Carlson is looking to improve his position but Piiska isn't that keen on the idea. Piiska controlling the position easily from mount. Carlson really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Piiska stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Carlson misses with a combination
and Piiska counters with a shoot takedown. Carlson fights it but they end up in guard. Carlson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Carlson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Piiska can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Piiska tries to hold on but Carlson postures up. Piiska regains half guard. Piiska taking some punishment here, with Carlson in his half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Carlson missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Carlson not landing any meaningful shots this time. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Carlson throwing shots but Piiska is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Pertti Piiska will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Carlson tries to improve position but can't. Carlson manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Carlson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Carlson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Carlson is staying active underneath Piiska, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Piiska prevents Carlson from improving his position. Piiska seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Carlson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wilson drives through with a takedown into guard. Wilson won't allow Spencer to sweep him here. Spencer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Wilson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wilson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Spencer trying to control the position.
Spencer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Wilson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control.
