The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Hardwood lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and McCoy has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from McCoy and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Hardwood looks to score with a jab to the body but McCoy is just out of range.
Hardwood misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hardwood avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hardwood swings for the body but McCoy moves out of range.
McCoy throws a series of punches but Hardwood avoids them all with ease.

McCoy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hardwood back to the cage. McCoy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Hardwood throws a leg kick but McCoy sees it coming and checks it nicely.
A left and a right from McCoy both land. Nice combination.
Oh Hardwood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hardwood drops his hands for a split second and McCoy immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Hardwood face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. McCoy follows up with a right hand that knocks Hardwood into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
