7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tipene Rawhiti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Alexander Gustavsson! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Ryoma Takatsuka.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rawhiti has his takedown stuffed and Gustavsson counters with a left to the body. Rawhiti is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gustavsson lands a two punch combo.
 It looks like Tipene Rawhiti has been cut. Rawhiti has been working on his balance at The Armory $475, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Gustavsson. Gustavsson throws a combination. Rawhiti tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Rawhiti has his takedown stuffed and Gustavsson counters with a left to the body. Rawhiti dodges the punch combination from Gustavsson.
Gustavsson lands with a shot to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rawhiti tries to clinch but Gustavsson is having none of it. Gustavsson is looking to slow Rawhiti down with leg kicks. Gustavsson dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Rawhiti throws a lazy head kick
and Gustavsson counters with a crisp one two that drops Rawhiti! Gustavsson thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Rawhiti to his feet! Rawhiti is in big trouble! Rawhiti is breathing heavily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Rawhiti get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Rawhiti stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Gustavsson runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alexander Gustavsson! After winning the bout, Alexander Gustavsson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Winston Okafor! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Okafor takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Okafor walks into a jab. Belenus tries to clinch up but Okafor circles away and keeps his distance. No luck for Okafor with that takedown attempt. Belenus throws a shot to the body.
Okafor fails with an attempt to clinch.
Okafor looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Belenus! Okafor wants to control but Belenus is keeping him busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Okafor content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Belenus tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Okafor wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. A control attempt from Belenus but he's now mounted! Belenus working to try and regain half guard.
Okafor lands a heavy elbow. Okafor trying to control but Belenus is having none of it.

Okafor has control of Belenus's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Belenus regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Belenus is looking to improve his position but Okafor isn't that keen on the idea.

Okafor gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Belenus scores with a jab. Okafor acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Okafor shoots in looking for a takedown but Belenus manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Okafor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Okafor tries for a takedown but Belenus sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Zephyrus Belenus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Winston Okafor. A jab from Belenus misses. Belenus pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Okafor takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Belenus shoots for a takedown but Okafor saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Okafor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Belenus as he avoids it easily.
Belenus gets caught napping as Okafor dives in and scores a takedown. Belenus manages to retain guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Okafor looking to pass the guard. Belenus not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Belenus throws his legs up looking for a submission but Okafor uses it to pass to side control.
Okafor is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Belenus has escaped the position, nice work there. Belenus prevents Okafor from improving position. Belenus sneaks back into half guard.
Belenus actively working from the bottom here.
Belenus is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Okafor pulls his head out easily. Okafor is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Belenus! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Winston Okafor will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Nice defenses there by Okafor. Good standup being displayed there by Belenus as he connects with a hook. Okafor swats away the attempt to clinch by Belenus. Belenus throws a poor cross that misses
and Okafor counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Okafor moves away from the strike by Belenus. Belenus misses with a series of wild punches.
Belenus shoots for a double leg takedown but Okafor sprawls well. He's pushed Belenus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Okafor fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Belenus, pushing him back against the cage. Okafor pushes Belenus back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Okafor keeps control of Belenus as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Okafor is looking to take this one to the mat. Okafor on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Okafor sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Belenus doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Okafor paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Belenus - great work!

A very excited looking Zephyrus Belenus made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Putski ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wai moves away. Putski fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Putski fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Putski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Putski. Wai does a little dance to reset his feet. Wai half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Putski throws a shot from downtown. Wai moves away and avoids it. Putski connects with a crisp jab. Putski ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wai moves away. Putski throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Putski.
Putski tries for a kimura but Wai is defending well. Putski is looking to take a break and control but Wai is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Putski slows the pace down.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Wai is pushing Putski's head away, looking to escape. Putski manages to hold on to the position though. Wai is not content to let Putski control the position. Putski advances to full mount. Wai is trying to escape the mount but Putski keeps good control and instead manages to take Wai's back.
You can see the frustration on Wai's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Putski trying to control. Putski slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Putski has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Wai has freed his hand and lives to survive another� well, another couple of seconds at least!
 The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Putski is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Wai is trying to break free.

Putski has managed to slip his arm under Wai's chin. This could be all over... yep, Wai is tapping out! Submission win for Putski.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shang cracks De Leeuw with a good jab. De Leeuw looks to land a combination but Shang avoids it well. De Leeuw swings and misses with a shot to the body and Shang counters with a stiff right hand. De Leeuw tried to score with a low kick but Shang checks it. Shang lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. De Leeuw scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Shang doesn't seem bothered though. Shang misses with a straight right. De Leeuw thinks about countering with a head kick. An inside leg kick lands from Shang. Shang is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. De Leeuw throws a low kick but Shang avoids it. Shang works the jab nicely. De Leeuw chopping away at his opponent's legs.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Shang blocks the body kick.
De Leeuw misses with an uppercut. Shang saw that one coming. De Leeuw throws a head kick but Shang moves out of range.
The crowd cheers as De Leeuw lands an impressive looking overhand right. Shang doesn't seem phased though. Shang scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. De Leeuw blocks a leg kick.
 That's one minute gone in the round. De Leeuw throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Shang fails with the takedown. Shang fails with a takedown attempt. Shang throws a jab when De Leeuw was well out of range. An attempted straight right counter from De Leeuw misses the target. Shang takes a jab right on the kisser.
Shang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Shang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but De Leeuw moves away. De Leeuw tried to score with a low kick but Shang checks it. De Leeuw stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Shang. De Leeuw throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. De Leeuw connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Shang gets the takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! De Leeuw takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. De Leeuw avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Shang.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Shang tries to score with some ground and pound. De Leeuw controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Shang creates some space and throws a big elbow, but De Leeuw sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Shang scoring with punches and elbows. De Leeuw wants to get back to his feet. Shang working the ground and pound but De Leeuw is defending the strikes. Shang laying and praying for a moment but De Leeuw takes advantage and regains half guard. Shang thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed De Leeuw 's head. De Leeuw is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Butchers Scrap house, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Shang looks to land a strike but De Leeuw avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Shang in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Shang throwing strikes from guard but De Leeuw blocks nicely. Shang stops De Leeuw from standing up. Shang wants to control from the top but De Leeuw keeps moving.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. De Leeuw misses with a jab, cross combination.
Shang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but De Leeuw was well out of range. Poor timing from Shang. Shang tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. De Leeuw misses with a looping right. Shang lands an overhand right. Shang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Shang misses with a takedown attempt - De Leeuw sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Nando De Leeuw has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hai Shang.

De Leeuw kicks Shang off and gets back to his feet. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Shang goes for a high kick. It partially lands. De Leeuw pulls out of a head kick attempt.

De Leeuw is looking to counter with a body kick. Shang sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Shang will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Shang throws a low kick, looking for De Leeuw 's leg but De Leeuw calmly moves out of range. Shang has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! De Leeuw ducks under a wild hook from Shang. Shang keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

De Leeuw tries to bum rush Shang with a series of wild strikes but Shang uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Shang swings for the body but De Leeuw moves out of range.

Crunch! De Leeuw slams his shin into Shang's torso. Shang is breathing heavily. De Leeuw clobbers Shang with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
 Shang is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. De Leeuw misses with a series of wild punches.
Shang is still on wobbly legs! Can De Leeuw finish him?
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Shang misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from De Leeuw .
Shang seems to have recovered his senses. Shang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. De Leeuw tries to avoid it but Shang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag De Leeuw to the ground. De Leeuw escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Shang wants to stay close but De Leeuw steps back to make room for something. Shang seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from De Leeuw and Shang drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Nando De Leeuw ! Nando De Leeuw was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Artest throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Artest fails in his attempt to clinch.
Druff fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Artest to the ground. Druff is now in Artest's guard. Artest will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Artest preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Artest is trying to control the position but Druff postures up. Druff postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Druff wants to control from the top but Artest keeps moving. Artest utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Druff's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Druff is working Artest over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Artest keeping moving, preventing Druff from controlling successfully.

Druff working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Druff's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Druff distracts Artest with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Druff seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Druff stands up over Artest, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Druff trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Druff lands a couple of digs. Druff in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Druff has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Druff trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Druff won't allow Artest to sweep him here. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Druff working his ground and pound in the gym. Druff throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Druff with a flurry of punches that miss. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Druff is in close to Artest's body, working some short punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Druff throwing strikes but missing. Artest on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Artest tries to get out of the position. Druff throws a big right hand that misses. Druff throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Artest works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Molito was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Huang shoots in looking for a takedown. Molito tries to sprawl out of it but Huang keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Molito manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jussi Juntta! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Roger Salmon and Josh West.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Juntta fails with a takedown attempt. Takahashi has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Jungle Gym in the buildup to the fight. Juntta sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Juntta moves forwards but Takahashi connects with a nice, crisp jab. Takahashi is looking to slow Juntta down with leg kicks. Takahashi throws a head kick that misses. And Juntta tries to counter it with a takedown but Takahashi pushes his down on his head and steps out. Juntta looks to score with a jab to the body but Takahashi is just out of range. The fighters circling - Juntta throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Takahashi lands an overhand right. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Juntta has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Juntta there as he acknowledges the shot. Juntta cracks Takahashi with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Takahashi doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Juntta checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Takahashi looks to land a body kick but Juntta moved away. Juntta tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Ethelbart Takahashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Juntta looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Takahashi moves away from the strike by Juntta. Takahashi throws a front kick aimed at Juntta's knee but Juntta avoids it well. Takahashi misses with an uppercut
and Juntta counters with a shoot takedown. Takahashi fights it but they end up in guard. Takahashi utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Takahashi trying to control the position.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Takahashi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Juntta trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Takahashi keeping moving, preventing Juntta from controlling successfully.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Takahashi looks for the body kick but Juntta saw that one coming. An inside leg kick from Takahashi misses. Takahashi takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Juntta throws a body punch but Takahashi moves out of range. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Takahashi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Juntta with a nice cross. Juntta takes a shot right to the bread basket. The fighters circling - Juntta throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Takahashi digs a good body shot into Juntta's ribs. Takahashi scores with a leg kick.
Takahashi thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Juntta if he has to take too many more of those.
Takahashi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Takahashi looks to land a right hand but Juntta moved out of range. Nice straight punches there by Juntta. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Juntta. Takahashi attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Takahashi misses with a looping left. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A nice inside leg kick there by Takahashi. That's going to slow Juntta down. Juntta fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ethelbart Takahashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jussi Juntta. Takahashi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Juntta misses with an uppercut. Juntta looks to score with a jab to the body but Takahashi is just out of range. Takahashi appears to be looking for a big counter. Takahashi tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Juntta is able to avoid easily. Takahashi cracks the inside of Juntta's front leg. Juntta throws a series of strikes that have Takahashi backpedaling.
Juntta will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Juntta stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Juntta wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Takahashi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Juntta fails with the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Juntta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Juntta is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Takahashi rather than just go for the knockout. Takahashi throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Ethelbart Takahashi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Takahashi misses with a wild combination.
Juntta takes one to the chin there. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Juntta checks a leg kick.
Juntta shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Takahashi napping and manages to drive through into side control! You can see the frustration on Takahashi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Juntta scoring with punches and elbows. Juntta has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Juntta postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Juntta is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Takahashi reverses the position - he's now on top in Juntta's guard. Juntta not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Ethelbart Takahashi is winning the standup battle so far. Juntta shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Takahashi pinned against the cage. Takahashi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Juntta on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
This has been an exciting period of action! Juntta changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Takahashi tries to avoid it but Juntta manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Takahashi to the ground. Takahashi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Juntta. Takahashi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Juntta will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Juntta takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Takahashi throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Takahashi lands a big head kick that sends Juntta tumbling to the mat! Takahashi takes a step backwards and waves Juntta back to his feet - he wants the finish!
 Juntta is rocked! Takahashi throws a front kick that sends Juntta stumbling back into the cage. Juntta is still on wobbly legs! Can Takahashi finish him? Takahashi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Juntta. That did some damage! This has been an exciting period of action! A good leg kick by Takahashi. A chopping leg kick lands by Takahashi. Good leg kick by Takahashi there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Takahashi drops Juntta with a straight right hand, right on the button! Takahashi follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Freddy Steel. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Steel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
