3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roni Sabian! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sabian throws a right hand that misses
and Krol moves into the clinch. Krol looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Sabian pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sabian scores with a jab. Krol shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sabian pinned against the cage. Sabian gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sabian has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Krol tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sabian manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A jab from Sabian misses. As Sabian looks to move away, Krol throws a big counter combo bu Sabian just gets out of the way. Krol ducks right into an uppercut from Sabian. Sabian throws a jab but it's blocked by Krol. Sabian lands a lovely overhand right. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sabian throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Krol on the side of the head. Krol walks into a jab. Sabian misses with a straight right. Krol seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Krol really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sabian lands a head shot.
Krol is rocked! Sabian swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Krol. Oh Krol is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round. Sabian lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Krol head around and knocks him out cold! Sabian hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jeliazkov blocks a head kick by Pope.
Pope looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Nice shot by Jeliazkov.
It looks like Robo Pope has been cut. Pope defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jeliazkov. Nice takedown defense from Pope. No joy for Jeliazkov on that attempt. Jeliazkov shoots in looking for a takedown but Pope manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jeliazkov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Robo Pope has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kamen Jeliazkov. Jeliazkov fails with a takedown attempt from distance. It looked like Pope was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Jeliazkov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jeliazkov thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Jeliazkov trying to control the position from guard on top but Pope is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jeliazkov trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jeliazkov showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Jeliazkov pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pope is keeping the position for now. Jeliazkov stays in close to Pope's body and controls the position. Jeliazkov stands and steps away. Pope gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jeliazkov shoots for a takedown but Pope saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Pope throws a head kick that misses. Jeliazkov gets tackled into the cage by Pope. Pope maintains the clinch. Pope is trying to break the clinch but Jeliazkov has him pressed against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Pope's face as he tries to break the clinch. Jeliazkov has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pope avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Jeliazkov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jeliazkov tries for a takedown but Pope sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A head kick misses from Pope. Pope keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pope fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jeliazkov, pushing him back against the cage. Jeliazkov breaks from the clinch.
Jeliazkov closes the distance and pushes Pope back into the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A battle for position here, against the cage. Jeliazkov keeps control of Pope as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Jeliazkov cracks Pope with a nice body shot. Jeliazkov avoiding damage.
Pope is trying to force a seperation but Jeliazkov has the dominant position. Pope has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Jeliazkov lands with a light punch inside. Jeliazkov taking a breather. Pope wants to break the clinch but can't.
Jeliazkov manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Jeliazkov holds on and takes a little breather.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pope stops Jeliazkov from standing up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pope gets to his feet. Jeliazkov looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Jeliazkov feints a jab promting Pope to slip. Jeliazkov then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Pope slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Pope throws a head kick that misses. A nice side step and Jeliazkov releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. A head kick from Jeliazkov lands but Pope takes it in his stride. Pope closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Pope tries to break free but Jeliazkov pushes him back against the cage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pope wants to break free but Jeliazkov has control.
Pope tries to circle away but Jeliazkov has him pinned against the cage. Jeliazkov tries to pull guard but Pope holds him up against the cage and eventually Jeliazkov drops back down to his feet.
Pope wants to get back to striking at distance but Jeliazkov won't allow it.

Kamen Jeliazkov dominated that round. The cut man is working on Robo Pope's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Pope tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Jeliazkov!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harmeski ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jon throws a nice looking combination but Harmeski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Harmeski jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Harmeski drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Harmeski showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jon.
A slow jab from Jon misses its intended target. A combination from Jon does no damage. Jon throws a series of punches but Harmeski avoids them all with ease. Harmeski slips under a jab. Jon tries to bum rush Harmeski with a series of wild strikes but Harmeski uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Jon tries to clinch there but Harmeski circles away.

Jon throws a right hand that Harmeski ducks under and follows up with a left that Harmeski also avoids with ease. Harmeski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Harmeski somewhat. Jon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jon closes the distance and pushes Harmeski back into the cage.

It will also be interesting to see what tactics Harmeski uses from the top position. Jon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Harmeski is controlling him. Jon keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Jon closes the distance and clinches. Jon has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Harmeski clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Jon has got one arm under Harmeski's chin. This could be trouble... Harmeski trying to control the other hand but Jon gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Harmeski has tapped out! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook walks into a left hand. Cook tries to close the distance and clinch but Soni swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Soni darts in and clinches Cook up against the cage. Soni lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
It looks like John Cook has been cut. Soni presses Cook against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Soni has clasped his hands together around Cook's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Cook is trying to get back to half guard. Soni tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Cook is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Soni perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Soni wants to stand but Cook has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Cook missing with punches from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Soni prevents Cook from improving his position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Soni moves into the clinch. Soni's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Cook shoots in for a takedown but Soni shows good takedown defense. Soni swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Soni moves into the clinch. Soni pulls guard effortlessly.

Cook slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Cook wants to control from the top but Soni keeps moving. Cook throws a big elbow that misses. Cook stopping the sweep attempt from Soni.

Cook might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Soni haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Soni shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cook napping and manages to drive through into side control! Cook manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Soni slows the pace down in half guard. Cook trying to hold on to Soni's head to control him but Soni postures up.

Berdich goes for a double leg but Morawski avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Morawski continues to drive forward. Berdich feints and as Morawski raises his hands in defense, Berdich changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Morawski is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Berdich rolls with it to try and escape but Morawski cranks on the arm and Berdich is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
