The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt slaps away a takedown attempt from Speedos, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Speedos stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Speedos wants it to stay on the feet.
Speedos attempts a counter takedown but Hunt avoids it well and moves away.

Speedos tries to bum rush Hunt with a series of wild strikes but Hunt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Hunt lands a head kick. Speedos smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
A nice inside leg kick there by Hunt. That's going to slow Speedos down.

Speedos closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hunt to the mat! Hunt manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hunt is looking to sweep but instead, Speedos has passed into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hunt kicks off Speedos and gets to his feet.
Speedos doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hunt.
Hunt lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Speedos is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Hunt feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Speedoss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Speedos doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hunt counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Speedos takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Hunt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hunt drops Speedos with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Speedos! Hunt dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Tony Hunt opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

A head kick lands from Morgan that sends Boro to the canvas. Boro tries to scramble back to his feet but Morgan brings him back down into side control.

Oh Boro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Morgan uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Boro.
Boro seems to have got his legs back now.
Morgan has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Boro is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Morgan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Boro connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Morgan momentarily.

Boro throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Morgan sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Boro throws a hook to the side of Morgan's head but Morgan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Morgan counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Boro has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
