I think Shinhan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Aether - Beso. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Coulson dives in looking to finish as Battaglia flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Coulson's strikes! Coulson is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Battaglia's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Battaglia was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Kenobi drops down looking for a counter takedown but Sakushi sprawls and moves away.

Kenobi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Sakushi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kenobi is looking to defend but Sakushi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kenobi! Sakushi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kenobi taps out and this one is all over!

Takachi Sakushi was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Barontini has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
