The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magakian looks to land a combination but Morrow avoids it well.
Morrow pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Magakian back to the cage. Morrow follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

A jab-cross combination lands for Morrow and sends Magakian crashing to the mat! Morrow follows him down to the mat - Magakian regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Magakian is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Morrow passes to side control.

Zagorno looking to score a takedown here. Richard is defending well but Zagorno drives through and ends up in Richard's guard.
Zagorno distracts Richard with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Richard keeping moving, preventing Zagorno from controlling successfully.

Richard isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Zagorno stacks Richard on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Zagorno!
