The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frost dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Frost scores with a jab to the body. Iker Frost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frost misses with a double jab.
Frost lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Some wild striking there from Frost.
Frost definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Frost lands with a straight right. Cruz didn't see that one coming. Frost tries to keep at a distance but Cruz has taken the fight into the clinch. Cruz effectively controlling the action here. A head punch blocked on the inside by Frost. Frost misses with a body punch.
Cruz is trying to maintain a safe position but Frost gets an underhook and turns Cruz into the ropes. Cruz keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Frost's efforts to push away. A body shot lands from Cruz.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cruz lands on the inside with an uppercut. Nice body punch from Cruz - that landed with a thud.
Frost is breathing heavily. Frost blocking some punches.

Frost tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cruz just stands there and leans against the ropes. Cruz slowing the pace effectively. Good body shot from Cruz.

Cruz swings wildly with an uppercut but Frost uses good head movement to avoid it. A left hand lands to the body for Cruz.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Cruz lands a right hand. A nice right hand lands inside from Cruz. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Frost blocks an uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action! Both fighters working to control the clinch. Frost wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Cruz fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Cruz has Frost pressed against the ropes, preventing Frost from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Frost manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Cruz wanted to stand there but Frost had control of the position. Cruz preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frost doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Frost is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Cruz has gone for a leg lock! Frost slips out almost immediately though and dives into Cruz's guard. Frost keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cruz's head. Frost working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Frost stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cruz swivels though and keeps the full guard. Frost wants to control from the top but Cruz keeps moving. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Frost won't allow Cruz to sweep him here. Cruz is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Frost is controlling him. Frost advances position into side control! Cruz is trying to improve his position. Cruz is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Frost's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Cruz is trying to stand back up but Frost is controlling him
Frost has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Frost is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cruz is just riding it out for now. Frost eventually gives up the hold.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Frost uses his free foot to push down on Cruz's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Cruz. Cruz is in a horrible position here. Frost smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Cruz is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Cruz really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Cruz looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Cruz wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Frost has the hooks in. Cruz is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Cruz is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Frost working for the choke. Cruz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Frost. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cruz is trying to stand back up. Cruz tries to roll but Frost sticks to his back.
Frost trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Frost is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Cruz defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Cruz is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
That's seven minutes gone in the round. Cruz trying to control the action but Frost just sinks the hooks in. Cruz rolls, trying to escape but Frost keeps control of the position.
Frost avoiding Cruz 's attempts to control his hands. Cruz wants to get back to his feet. He's half way up but Frost drags him back down with a jolt, managing to get his forearm deep under Cruz 's chin! Cruz is in real trouble! His face is turning bright red and he's forced to tap! This one is all over!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pai Mei! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mei takes a body punch but keeps moving. Mei slips a straight right by Clampazzo. Mei throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Mei checks a low kick from Clampazzo. Mei stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Mei fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Mei scores with a decent looking hook. Clampazzo thows a left - swing and a miss! Clampazzo moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Clampazzo has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mei finds it's way round the side to connect with Clampazzo's head. Clampazzo throws out a loose jab but Mei uses good head movement to avoid it. Clampazzo walks into a stiff left hand from Mei. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mei misses with a body shot.
Clampazzo throws a right hand that Mei ducks under and follows up with a left that Mei also avoids with ease. Mei scores with a jab. Clampazzo acknowledges it with a nod of the head. The fighters circle momentarily. Mei darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Clampazzo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mei moves away. Mei looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Mei moves away from the strike by Clampazzo. Mei lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Clampazzo at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mei avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A looping hook to the body misses from Mei. Clampazzo does a little dance to reset his feet. Mei scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Clampazzo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Mei works the jab nicely. Mei throws a body shot but no joy. Clampazzo throws a leg kick and Mei counters with a right hand to the body. Mei lands a glancing blow to the side of Clampazzo's head. Mei cracks Clampazzo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Mei lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Clampazzo walks into a jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Clampazzo walks into a left hand. Clampazzo missing with a left hand there. Mei was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Mei lands a nice hook to Clampazzo's body. Clampazzo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Mei ducks under a wild hook from Clampazzo. Mei now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Mei connects with a body shot that sends Clampazzo's belly button to the back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Clampazzo on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Clampazzo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mei swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Clampazzo ducks right into an uppercut from Mei. Mei connects with a right hand. Clampazzo shakes it off.
Clampazzo is rocked! Clampazzo looks up at the clock. Bad move! Mei lands a right hand from hell, dropping Clampazzo. Mei pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spencer thows a left - swing and a miss! Spencer closes the distance and clinches. Pott has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Spencer uses from the top position. Spencer wants to stand but Pott has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Spencer is posturing up here but Pott has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Spencer tries to roll out but it's too tight and Spencer has to tap! Slick submission there by Pott!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yol cracks Macbeth with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Yol tries to clinch but Macbeth moves out of range. Yol tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Macbeth manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Macbeth lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Yol scores with a jab. Macbeth acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Macbeth throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Yol makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Yol sends Macbeth crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Yol is motioning to the referee to let Macbeth up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Yol throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Macbeth sees it coming and avoids it easily. Macbeth throws a right hand that misses
and Yol counters with a huge left! Macbeth is in big trouble! He's backing up but Yol isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Macbeth from any more damage. A dominating finish by Yol!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pazidzioch swivels and escapes. Pazidzioch gets a clinch. Pazidzioch wants a takedown but no success here.
Pazidzioch has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Hall is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Pazidzioch wants to take the fight to the mat but Hall manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marian Pazidzioch. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hall misses with a body punch.
Pazidzioch has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hall regains guard immediately. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Pazidzioch lands a couple of digs. Hall is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Pazidzioch loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hall has momentary wrist control but Pazidzioch slips an elbow through the middle. That's one minute gone in the round. Pazidzioch thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Pazidzioch missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Pazidzioch thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hall's head. Ground and pound from Pazidzioch. Pazidzioch is nestled in close to Hall, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Pazidzioch is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Pazidzioch thows a huge punch but Hall dodges it nicely.
Pazidzioch lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Hall quite badly. Hall pulls Pazidzioch in close trying to recover. Pazidzioch postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Hall on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Hall doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
