The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robitaille takes a swing at Allen's ribcage but misses.
Robitaille has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A slow jab from Allen misses its intended target.
Robitaille wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Robitaille throws a hook to the side of Allen's head but Allen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Allen wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Robitaille misses the jab.
Allen drops down looking for a counter takedown but Robitaille sprawls and moves away.
Robitaille misses the shot to the body.

Allen closes the distance and clinches.
Robitaille swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Robitaille misses with a body punch.
Allen blocks an uppercut.
Robitaille struggles to land a body shot inside as Allen controls his hands.
Allen throws a punch but it's blocked by Robitaille.

Allen has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Robitaille uses from the top position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Allen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hauser throws a series of punches but Hazard moves out of range.
Hazard keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hauser.
Hazard lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hauser circles away quickly and effectively.
Hazard misses the shot to the body.
Hauser looks to score with a jab to the body but Hazard is just out of range.
Hazard has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Planet Granite in the buildup to the fight.
Hauser tries to close the distance and clinch but Hazard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hauser throws out a loose jab but Hazard uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hauser takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hazard getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Hazard works Hauser's body with a nice hook.
Hauser tries to clinch but Hazard moves away
and Hazard makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Hauser takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Hazard uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hauser.
As Hauser tries to get set, Hazard tries to push him back and clinch up but Hauser manages to avoid the attempt.
Nice straight punches there by Hazard. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hazard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hauser's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hazard connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hauser scrambles back to his feet.
A punch combination from Hazard misses.
Bio Hazard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hauser jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Hauser defending well as Hazard loads up on a big left hand.
Hazard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hauser.
Hauser throws a left and a right that both miss
and Hazard connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Hazard cracks Hauser with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Hazard has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hauser to stand back up!

and Hazard counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!

Montalban has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Pouko is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Montalban displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pouko.
Montalban looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Pouko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Montalban tries to avoid it but Pouko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Montalban to the ground. Montalban escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dead throws a right hand that Bishop ducks under and follows up with a left that Bishop also avoids with ease.
Bishop shoots in but Dead avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bishop is aggressively charging in as Dead backs up avoiding any damage. Dead tosses out a jab and Bishop runs right into it face first! Bishop is out cold! Dead dropped down on all fours and is barking in Bishop's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
