Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ozzie Price! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Henry HuaHua! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price tries to land a body kick and HuaHua counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Price is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by HuaHua. Price throws a nice inside leg kick. HuaHua chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Price can pounce on him.
Price has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cartel Muerte in the buildup to the fight. HuaHua is looking to chop away at Price's legs. Price throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. HuaHua is looking to score with low kicks. Price connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between HuaHua's hands. Price buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Price throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A jab from Price does it's job there. Nice defenses there by Price. HuaHua throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
It looked like Price wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Price connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. HuaHua slips a jab from Price. Price swings widly with a right hand

Price tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but HuaHua was well out of range. Poor timing from Price. Price is looking to chop away at HuaHua's legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. HuaHua walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Price misses with a wild body shot. Price looks to score with a jab to the body but HuaHua is just out of range. HuaHua only half commits to the counter leg kick. Price fakes a jab and throws a low kick but HuaHua checks it well. HuaHua throws a nice outside leg kick. Price misses with a hook. HuaHua ducked under it nicely. HuaHua jabbing away but nothing is landing. HuaHua checks a leg kick nicely. Price throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Price misses the shot to the body. HuaHua misses with a few strikes there.
Good shot there by Price. Price has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from HuaHua. Price is looking to land body kicks. Price motions for HuaHua to come forward. Price throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Price on the wrong end of a nice hook. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! HuaHua attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Price thumps HuaHua with a low kick. HuaHua on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Ozzie Price seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Price misses with a looping left. HuaHua is looking for the big counter here. HuaHua misses with a low kick.
HuaHua misses with a leg kick. Price takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. HuaHua throws a sloppy head kick and Price moves out of range easily. Price fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and HuaHua has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Price staying out of range there. Price slips a jab from HuaHua. HuaHua ducks under a wild hook from Price. Price throws a jab when HuaHua was well out of range. HuaHua needs to keep his hands up - Price had a free shot at his head there. HuaHua is still on wobbly legs! Can Price finish him? HuaHua rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Price moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Good leg kick by Price there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
HuaHua throws a shot from downtown. Price moves away and avoids it. HuaHua throws a jab when Price was well out of range. Price takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
That's three minutes gone in the round. HuaHua gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Price gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! HuaHua is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ozzie Price! After winning the bout, Ozzie Price thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guile moves into the clinch successfully.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Guile takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Guile creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Guile lands an elbow that stopped Jimenez in his tracks for a moment.
It looks like Buddy Jimenez has been cut. Jimenez takes an elbow to the forehead. Jimenez blocks a body shot from Guile. Jimenez tries for a takedown but Guile manages to get underhooks.

Good work by Subject as he checks the leg kick. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Mori here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Mori lands a jab. A leg kick checked by Subject. Mori with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Subject to score with a decent uppercut. Subject has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Mori. Mori looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Subject might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Mori has got the better of the exchanges. Mori lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leija throws a nice outside leg kick. Leija throws out a token jab with nothing on it. It looked like Hardon wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Hardon takes one to the side of the head.
Hardon cracks Leija with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Hardon slips under a jab from Leija . Leija slips under a jab. Hardon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Leija looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Leija is trying to control Hardon's posture but Hardon avoids it. Leija prevents Hardon from moving into mount. Hardon throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Hardon is trying to get an arm triangle but Leija is defending well. Leija struggling a bit here.
