It looks like Roy Nelson has been cut. Nelson looks winded! Silva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Silva steps in and throws a big head kick that drops Nelson to the mat! Nelson looks in trouble, can he beat the count? Silva is bouncing in a neutral corner joining in with the referee '4,5,6' they both chant. 7,8,9... he's not going to make it! 10! He's out! Silva jumps onto the ropes and takes in the acclaim from the crowd!

He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ernesto Hoost was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoost swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Dekkers seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Dekkers takes the fight into the clinch. Dekkers pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Dekkers clinches up with Hoost and pushes him back against the ropes. Hoost tries to break the clinch but Dekkers is controlling the position. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dekkers takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Hoost wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dekkers is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

As Hoost looks to move away, Dekkers throws a big counter combo bu Hoost just gets out of the way. Dekkers misses with a leg kick and Hoost counters with a three punch combo that has Dekkers backing up. Dekkers nods at Hoost to acknowledge the strikes. Dekkers on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Dekkers takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Hoost is breathing heavily.

Pramuk throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Pramuk moves into the clinch. Pramuk breaks from the clinch.
Graice uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pramuk. Graice rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pramuk moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pramuk goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Pramuk blocks a head kick by Graice.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pramuk pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Look low, kick high! Pramuk uses the oldest trick in the book to send Graice tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Pramuk is absolutely delighted - when Graice wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

Stifler lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Santos backs up against the ropes.
Santos drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A head kick by Santos misses and Stifler counters with a left to the body. Stifler bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Stifler throws a one two combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Santos throws a big shot that misses. A head kick misses from Santos. Santos tries a head kick but it misses.
Santos throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stifler with a nice cross. Stifler throws a combination. Santos tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Stifler lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stifler . Santos takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick by Sikhouasvili misses and Tyson counters with a nice body shot. Tyson with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sikhouasvili throws a head kick that misses and Tyson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Sikhouasvili thinking. Nice uppercut lands for Tyson. That snapped Sikhouasvili's head back.
Tyson jabs Sikhouasvili to the body, keeping him at a distance. Sikhouasvili looks winded! Some wild striking there from Sikhouasvili.
Tyson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Sikhouasvili doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Sikhouasvili closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tyson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sikhouasvili. Sikhouasvili circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Tyson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Tyson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sikhouasvili stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Sikhouasvili slips a jab and a cross from Tyson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson lands a nice shot that snaps Sikhouasvili's head back.

It looks like Tigran Sikhouasvili has been cut. Sikhouasvili takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tyson is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sikhouasvili doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Tyson cracks Sikhouasvili with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Sikhouasvili is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Sikhouasvili is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9, he's up! Wow, he cut that one a bit fine! A head kick by Sikhouasvili misses and Tyson counters with a nice body shot. Sikhouasvili tries to get into range but Tyson steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Sikhouasvili! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Tyson scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mac Tyson! Mac Tyson is the new super heavyweight champion! After winning the bout, Mac Tyson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
