Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Khal Drogo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sai Yamanaku! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamanaku with a lazy takedown attempt and Drogo counters with a three punch combo that has Yamanaku backing up. Yamanaku nods at Drogo to acknowledge the strikes. Drogo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Yamanaku wants to counter with a clinch but Drogo pushes him away. Yamanaku shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Yamanaku tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Drogo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Drogo clinches. Drogo gets control of Yamanaku's arms and successfully pulls guard. Drogo will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Yamanaku is fighting to break Drogo's control of his arms but Drogo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Yamanaku trying to control but Drogo is working from the bottom. Drogo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yamanaku on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Drogo throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Yamanaku tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Drogo counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Drogo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Yamanaku looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Drogo swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Khal Drogo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sai Yamanaku. Drogo stuffs the takedown. Yamanaku slaps away a takedown attempt from Drogo, before circling back to the center of the mat. No luck for Drogo with that takedown attempt.

Drogo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Drogo tries to get out of the position. Yamanaku wants to control from the top but Drogo keeps moving. Drogo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Yamanaku won't allow Drogo to get back to his feet. Yamanaku advances to half guard. Yamanaku is trying to control the action in half guard but Drogo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Yamanaku shoots in for a takedown but Drogo shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Yamanaku steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Drogo. Yamanaku misses with a takedown attempt and Drogo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Yamanaku lands a nice shot to the body.
Drogo tests Yamanaku's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sloppy strikes from Drogo. Those never looked like landing. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Drogo. Yamanaku scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yamanaku drops an elbow to the side of Drogo's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Yamanaku stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Drogo to get to his feet. Drogo has a takedown stuffed. Yamanaku misses with a takedown attempt - Drogo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Drogo is looking for a counter combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yamanaku throws a head kick but Drogo moves out of range.
Drogo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Drogo cracks Yamanaku with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Yamanaku looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Drogo finish him?
Yamanaku looks winded! Drogo drops Yamanaku with a straight right hand, right on the button! Drogo follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Onix with that takedown attempt. Onix takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Cox connects with a solid leg kick. Good exchange - Cox coming out on top. Miles Cox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Onix avoids the head kick by Cox.

Cox pushes down on Onix's head and hops out. Miles Cox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sero Onix. Onix on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Cox. Cox obviously looking to wear him down.

Onix slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Cox bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Onix's guard. Onix is controlling Cox's posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cox trying to control the position from guard on top but Onix is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Onix can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Onix is working Cox over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Let's hope that Onix has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. He's got his arms around Cox's waist but Cox gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Onix off to one side. Cox tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Onix blocks a head kick by Cox.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Onix. Cox takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Onix is working Cox over with some ground and pound from side control. Onix controls the position. Onix's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Cox takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Onix tries to advance to mount but Cox denies him. Cox takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Miles Cox. I think Cox has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samarprakat throws a sloppy head kick and Lokren moves out of range easily. It looked like Lokren was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Samarprakat wants to clinch. Samarprakat tries to clinch up. Lokren circles away from the clinch attempt and Lokren makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Samarprakat tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Samarprakat throws a wild body kick that Lokren sees coming a mile off. Lokren on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Good shot there by Lokren. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A solid leg kick lands there for Samarprakat.

A little feinted left hand from Lokren on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Samarprakat seems to have recovered his senses. Samarprakat swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lokren went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. An inside leg kick lands from Samarprakat. Samarprakat is looking to clinch. Samarprakat moves in looking to clinch but Lokren pushes him off. Samarprakat fails with an attempt to clinch.

9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jill Lauren! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lauren gets the takedown into side control. Lauren fails to land a wild elbow strike.
bk wants to control but Lauren postures up. We've been hearing good reports from bk's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. bk manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Lauren really doesn't want to stay on the ground with bk. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lauren looking for submissions from an awkward position here. bk frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Lauren in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lauren is trying to escape the mount.
bk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. bk lands with some strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee warns Lauren that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Lauren is working to get back to half guard.
bk cracks Lauren with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lauren is wriggling around trying to escape.
bk lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Lauren keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
bk punishing his opponent with strikes. Feeble punches landing from Lauren - he's mounted - they can't hurt. bk is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Lauren has managed to escape the submission attempt.
bk lands a couple of good shots and Lauren has given up his back, trying to escape the position! Oooh a big shot gets through from bk. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
bk is landing with strikes. Lauren can't take much more of this.
Lauren is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! bk punches Lauren on the ear. Lauren is still in real trouble! Can bk finish him? bk has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. bk has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Lauren. bk is cranking Lauren's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Lauren! He's tightened the choke and Lauren is tapping out!

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Przemek Malecki! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erschov checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Erschov. Malecki rushes Erschov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Malecki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Erschov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Malecki. Malecki has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Erschov is landing a low percentage of strikes. Erschov avoids a kick to the body.

Malecki misses with a wild combination.
Erschov lands a head kick. Malecki smiles back at him and beckons him forward. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Erschov throws a head kick that misses. No joy there for Malecki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
The fight stays on the outside here - Erschov looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Erschov shoots for a takedown but Malecki saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Malecki misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Erschov tries to clinch there but Malecki circles away.
Erschov sets himself, and Malecki steps forward looking for the clinch! Erschov avoids it this time. Erschov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Malecki sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Erschov somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexei Erschov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Some wild striking there from Erschov.
Erschov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Malecki lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Erschov circles away quickly and effectively. Erschov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Malecki defends well and Erschov ends up having to push Malecki into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Malecki is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Erschov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Malecki did well to prevent Erschov getting side control. Erschov is trying to control. Malecki wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Erschov thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Erschov is looking for a kimura here.
Malecki really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Erschov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Erschov is trying to control the action in half guard but Malecki is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Malecki wants to control but Erschov is keeping busy.

Erschov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Malecki is just riding it out for now. Erschov eventually gives up the hold. Erschov is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Erschov passes to side control. Erschov is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Malecki looks calm but he's in trouble here. Erschov gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Malecki is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Erschov lets go of the hold and Malecki can pop his arm back in it's socket.
