4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Henry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Donny Dane! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henry shoots in looking for a takedown but Dane manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Henry's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Henry looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Nice straight punches there by Dane. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dane. Henry tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dane was well out of range. Poor timing from Henry. Dane misses with a two punch combination.
Henry rushes Dane and presses him up against the cage. Henry goes for a takedown attempt but Dane pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Henry gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Henry avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dane looks to land a right hand but Henry moved out of range. Henry shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dane counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Henry thinking. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Henry. Henry closes the distance and clinches up with Dane, looking for a takedown. Henry pushes Dane against the cage but Dane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dane throws out a powerful jab. Dane throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dane throws a body punch but Henry moves out of range. Henry tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dane defends well and Henry ends up having to push Dane into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Dane has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Henry is landing a low percentage of strikes. Henry uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dane. Henry dives in and grabs Dane's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dane pushes down on Henry's head and hops out. Henry shoots in for a takedown but Dane shows good takedown defense. A big left from Dane misses. Henry avoids the body shot from Dane.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Henry. Nice uppercut lands for Dane. That snapped Henry's head back.
Henry doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dane connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Dane lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Dane misses with a hook. Henry ducked under it nicely. Henry will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Dane throws a series of strikes that have Henry backpedaling.
Donny Dane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Henry takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dane throws a jab but it's blocked by Henry. Dane will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dane keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Henry will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Sloppy strikes from Dane. Those never looked like landing. Nice defenses there by Henry. Henry goes for a double leg but Dane avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dane continues to drive forward. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dane! But no joy. Henry is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

so Henry counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Henry loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dane managing to control the position. Dane wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Henry manages to pass to side control. Dane is trying to stand up here but Henry is controlling him well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Henry is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dane defends it well. Dane wants to get back to his feet. Henry is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dane is just riding it out for now. Henry eventually gives up the hold. Dane wants to sweep here but Henry controlling him for the moment. Henry prevents Dane from getting back to his feet. Henry lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Henry uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dane.
Dane throws a hook but Henry blocks it. Henry looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A little jabbing left from Dane on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Henry looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Dane scores with a one two! Henry had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Henry fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Henry. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dane scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Henry is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Henry on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Oh Henry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Danga de danga de dang - Dane scores with a four punch combination! Dane swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown attempt by Henry or perhaps it was just good defense by Dane, which made it look bad. Dane stuffs the takedown. Henry fails with the takedown and Dane counters with a huge left! Henry is in big trouble! He's backing up but Dane isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Henry from any more damage. A dominating finish by Dane!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Donny Dane! A determined Donny Dane didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!

Jokinen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Garver throws a head kick but Jokinen moves out of range.

Jokinen is one violent man!

Vi$$er closes the distance looking to clinch and God counters with a stiff right hand. God chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Vi$$er can pounce on him.

Hewitt throws a body punch but Lil III moves out of range. Lil III lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Hewitt tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lil III swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hewitt scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Hewitt looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Lil III throws a sloppy body shot

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Margera slips a jab from Koch. Margera connects with an inside leg kick. Koch scores with a jab to the head.
Margera shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Koch lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Koch.
It looks like Bam Margera has been cut. Koch connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Margera momentarily.

Gibson swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. It's a brutal combination of punches from Gibson! Muakbar is backing up but he can't get away as Gibson lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Muakbar and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Tree Knee Dad keeping moving, preventing Ignatiev from controlling successfully. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Ignatiev wants to stand but Tree Knee Dad is controlling his posture from full guard. Tree Knee Dad utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
