The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roufus tries to clinch up but Simmons circles away and keeps his distance.
And Simmons counters with a quick kick to the body but Roufus blocks it.
Good leg kick by Simmons there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Roufus steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Simmons. That one must have hurt.
Roufus is looking to chop away at Simmons's legs.
Simmons thinks about countering with a body kick.
Roufus is looking to clinch but Simmons is avoiding it.
