Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Juicy. Penn is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pantera - I'm Broken. Howard has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Jay Penn told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!
