Undercard bout

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bosco Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernhard Adelhard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adelhard has chosen Godsmack - I Stand Alone as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adelhard misses with a body shot.

Adelhard gets a double leg takedown into Brown's guard.
Adelhard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brown swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brown takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Adelhard thows a body kick. Brown tries to catch it but that hurt him.

Well Adelhard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Benvenuti has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
