The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkins works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Osterman drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A looping hook to the body misses from Osterman. Atkins does a little dance to reset his feet.
Osterman cracks Atkins with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Osterman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Atkins looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Osterman drops Atkins with a beautiful combination! Atkins stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Osterman is looking for the KO!

Babaretti stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Babaretti wants it to stay on the feet.
Dragic fails with a takedown attempt.
Babaretti tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Dragic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That was a close round but I would say that Erik Babaretti will probably get the nod.

Haider is having to fend off submission attempts from Cabral, who is looking to sink in the choke. Cabral doesn't have the hooks in though and Haider manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard.
