Alcantara misses with a body shot
and Galvao counters with a stiff right hand.
Galvao lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Alcantara backs up against the cage.

It looks like Ruben Alcantara has been cut.

Galvao shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Galvao was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Galvao wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alcantara keeps working.

Galvao tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Galvao has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Alcantara knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Galvao on the ground.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grey dives in for a single leg takedown but Gangmanstyle sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Kane Grey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gangmanstyle shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Grey's guard.

Gangmanstyle is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
We've been hearing that Gangmanstyle has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
