The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kniebel gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Gaylord.
A left lands for Gaylord.
Gaylord stalks Kniebel and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kniebel's face. Kniebel staggers backwards, shaken.
Kniebel takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kniebel avoids the body shot from Gaylord.
Kniebel throws out a counter right but Gaylord avoids it with no problem.
Gaylord bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kniebel's head backwards.
Gaylord lands a lovely overhand right.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gaylord changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Kniebel drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kniebel advances nicely into full mount.
Kniebel postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Gaylord looks a forlorn figure.
Kniebel lands a nice shot to the head.
