2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cameron Khalifa! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Azhiev swats away the attempt to clinch by Khalifa. Khalifa scores with a body shot.
No luck for Azhiev with that takedown attempt. Khalifa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Azhiev tries to score a power double leg takedown but Khalifa sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Azhiev somewhat. Khalifa scores with a nice head shot. Azhiev shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Khalifa counters with a one-two to the body. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anzhor Azhiev. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Khalifa lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Azhiev drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Azhiev is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Khalifa has escaped the position, nice work there. Khalifa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Azhiev wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Azhiev will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Azhiev thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Khalifa is trying to control Azhiev's posture but Azhiev avoids it. Khalifa is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Azhiev is working to tighten his grip on Khalifa's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Khalifa has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Azhiev is really squeezing tight and eventually Khalifa passes out! Azhiev breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Timanee keeping moving, preventing Greg from controlling successfully. Timanee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Greg. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Greg is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Greg stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Timanee swivels though and keeps the full guard. Greg seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Greg distracts Timanee with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snorodecki tries a head kick but it misses.
Snorodecki shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pamaus eats them both and turns towards Snorodecki to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Snorodecki looks to score with a jab to the body but Pamaus is just out of range. A slapping leg kick lands for Pamaus.
Snorodecki throws the left hand but Pamaus avoids the punch easily. Pamaus connects with an inside leg kick. Nice body kick there by Pamaus. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Snorodecki might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Pamaus has got the better of the exchanges. Snorodecki lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Draugovich Ii takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. The fighters circling - Loaf throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Draugovich Ii feinted there with a counter leg kick. Draugovich Ii tries to clinch but Loaf is having none of it. Loaf delivers a nice body kick. Loaf is looking to clinch but Draugovich Ii is avoiding it.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Loaf has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Loaf drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Loaf engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Draugovich Ii keeping moving, preventing Loaf from controlling successfully. Loaf controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Draugovich Ii's head. Loaf scoring with strikes to the body and head. Loaf has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Loaf throws a strike but Draugovich Ii avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Loaf advances position into side control! Loaf is squeezing on Draugovich Ii like an anaconda would it's prey. Draugovich Ii fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Goudeau to score with a decent uppercut. Barnes ducks right into an uppercut from Goudeau. Goudeau takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Goudeau shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Barnes as he avoids it easily. Barnes swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Goudeau lands with a straight right. Goudeau seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Barnes does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Goudeau is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Goudeau passes easily into side control. Nice work. Goudeau thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Barnes is trying to get back to half guard. That was a close second round but I would say that Brady Barnes will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No luck for Goudeau with that takedown attempt. Goudeau keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's going to take a lot out of Mark Goudeau. Barnes catches Goudeau with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Goudeau fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Barnes looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Goudeau takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Barnes lands a nice looking body kick. Brady Barnes is winning the standup battle so far. Barnes lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Barnes will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
