Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Laaka Mato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander has chosen Superheroes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mato wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Alexander thows a left - swing and a miss!
Mato has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Hut - $50 in the buildup to the fight.
Alexander takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Mato connects with a looping right hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Mato misses the target.
Mato scores with a hook to the body. Alexander takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Alexander shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mato sprawls well. Mato wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Alexander gets slowly back to his feet.
Mato is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

That was a close second round but I would say that Virgulino Ferreira will probably get the nod.
