The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gomez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gomez tries to close the distance and clinch but Badger swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Badger checks a low kick from Gomez. Nice shot lands for Badger. Badger misses with a straight right. Badger stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Gomez. Gomez takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Hernanes stands up out of the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kravchenko throws a nice looking combination but Koko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Koko misses with a wild body shot. Kravchenko tries to counter with a takedown but Koko is quick to defend against it. Kravchenko scores with a nice strike. Nice uppercut there from Koko. Kravchenko misses the shot to the body. Koko dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kravchenko. That did some damage! Kravchenko swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kravchenko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Koko.

Koko throws a lazy right hand but Kravchenko sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Kravchenko misses with a jab, cross combination.

Kravchenko is looking to counter the offense by Koko and move into the clinch. Koko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Koko looks to score with a jab to the body but Kravchenko is just out of range. Kravchenko takes a swing at Koko's ribcage but misses. Koko throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. An inside leg kick lands from Koko.

Koko misses with a looping left. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kravchenko takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Koko is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kravchenko had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. That kick from Koko tenderised Kravchenko's leg. Kravchenko is trying to keep his angry face on. Koko works over Kravchenko's head and body with a nice combination. Kravchenko misses the shot to the body. Kravchenko throws a leg kick but Koko checks it. Kravchenko needs to keep his hands up - Koko had a free shot at his head there. Kravchenko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Koko wants to slow Kravchenko down by chopping away at his legs. Koko misses with a double jab.
