 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Ferrari looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ferrari gets in close and instigates a clinch. Nedkov has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ferrari is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Ferrari misses with a short punch on the inside. Nedkov has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Ferrari after a bit of a struggle. Nedkov tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ferrari just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boris Nedkov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nedkov wants a takedown but no success here.
Ferrari is pressed up against the cage. Nedkov has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ferrari down to the mat. Ferrari avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Ferrari really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nedkov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Swiggisimo lands with a punch from half guard. Swiggisimo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Renario misses the shot to the body. Vance looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Vance on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Renario. Renario obviously looking to wear him down.
Vance digs a good body shot into Renario's ribs. Renario tries to clinch up and Vance connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Vance uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Renario.
Renario is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Vance swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Te O's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hiller connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Te O scrambles back to his feet. Te O is still on wobbly legs! Can Hiller finish him? Te O tries to clinch but Hiller is having none of it. Te O seems to have recovered his senses. Hiller digs a good body shot into Te O's ribs. Hiller thuds his right hand into Te O's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Te O tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hiller defends well and Te O ends up having to push Hiller into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. A shot to the liver by Hiller. Beautiful body shot. Hiller is looking to wear down Te O with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
