Thereduuo dives in and scores a takedown into Contreiras's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Contreiras working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Thereduuo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Thereduuo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Contreiras is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Emtu throws a looping overhand right but Taisumov ducks down to avoid it.
Taisumov shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Emtu looks to throw the jab but Taisumov is out of range.
Emtu is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Emtu tries to move into range but Taisumov moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Taisumov misses with a wild body shot.
Taisumov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Emtu.
Taisumov takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Taisumov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Emtu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Taisumov slaps away a takedown attempt from Emtu, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The fight stays on the outside here - Taisumov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mairbek Taisumov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Toad dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Man stiff and motionless on the mat!
