15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Stanislav! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch lands to the side of Caprillo 's head but he takes it in his stride. Stanislav shoots for a takedown but Caprillo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Caprillo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Stanislav tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Caprillo was well out of range. Poor timing from Stanislav. Stanislav tries to clinch but Caprillo moves out of range. Caprillo went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. Caprillo lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Adam Stanislav has been cut. Stanislav misses with a hook. Caprillo ducked under it nicely. Stanislav throws a right hand that Caprillo ducks under and follows up with a left that Caprillo also avoids with ease. Stanislav blocks a low kick nicely. Nice uppercut lands for Stanislav. That snapped Caprillo's head back.

Stanislav scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Caprillo throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stanislav on the side of the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Caprillo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Stanislav turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Stanislav. Caprillo does a little dance to reset his feet. Caprillo blocks a head kick by Stanislav.
Caprillo takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Stanislav clinches. Caprillo wants the takedown. Stanislav is fighting it off but Caprillo persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Stanislav's guard against the ropes. Stanislav is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Stanislav is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Caprillo throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Caprillo postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Caprillo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stanislav has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Caprillo has managed to get both his arms back between Stanislav's legs - danger averted. Stanislav looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Caprillo has picked Stanislav up and slammed him! Stanislav can't keep hold of the triangle and Caprillo manages to pass to side control! Stanislav gets back to half guard. Caprillo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stanislav with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Caprillo is looking to advance position but Stanislav won't allow it. Stanislav is staying active underneath Caprillo, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Stanislav is trying to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Caprillo is pressing down on Stanislav's thigh, looking to free his foot. Stanislav is holding on for now. Stanislav wants to get back to full guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Caprillo fakes the leg kick and cracks Stanislav in the body. Caprillo shoots in for a double leg but Stanislav sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Stanislav moves into the clinch. Caprillo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stanislav is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Caio Cesar Caprillo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stanislav tries to score a body lock takedown but Caprillo shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Caprillo is working on a single leg takedown against the ropes. Stanislav can't fight it off and eventually Caprillo manages to take the fight to the floor. Stanislav looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Stanislav is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Caprillo frees his head nicely. Oh but Stanislav has switched to an armbar! Caprillo is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A lazy body kick from De La Cruz and Gingerson counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for De La Cruz! Gingerson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. De La Cruz told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Gingerson working away. De La Cruz is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gingerson is controlling him well. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. De La Cruz tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Gingerson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as De La Cruz is looking to escape. Gingerson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Villa misses with a jab, cross combination.
Khalidov shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Villa pinned against the ropes. Villa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Khalidov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Villa manages to escape and get back to his feet! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Khalidov fails with the takedown and Villa counters with a left and a right that stings Khalidov. Villa tries to clinch up but Khalidov circles away and keeps his distance.

Khalidov fails with the takedown and Villa counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Villa feints a jab promting Khalidov to slip. Villa then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Khalidov slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Khalidov slips a straight right by Villa. Villa takes a swing at Khalidov's ribcage but misses. No joy there for Villa, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Khalidov with a poor takedown and Khalidov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Villa is looking to wear down Khalidov with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Villa stuffs the takedown. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Villa scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Khalidov. Villa lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Khalidov at a distance.

Khalidov with the counter takedown but Villa avoids it easily. Villa displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Khalidov. Khalidov tries for a takedown but Villa circles away easily and Villa counters with a stiff right hand. Villa lands with a cross. Khalidov shoots and misses and Villa counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Khalidov thinking.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Khalidov uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Villa. Villa throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Villa lands with a hook. Khalidov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Nice straight punches there by Villa. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Villa. Villa throws a combination that misses and Khalidov counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Khalidov wants to free his trapped foot but Villa is holding on for dear life with his legs. Villa has one foot on Khalidov's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Villa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Villa works over Khalidov's head and body with a nice combination. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looked like Villa wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Khalidov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Villa's waist but Villa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Khalidov off to one side. Villa jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Khalidov works to advance to full mount. Villa defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Khalidov tries to control but Villa wriggling away. Villa has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Khalidov slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Villa is looking to get back to his feet here but Khalidov is keeping cool and he's managed to take Villa's back. Khalidov tightening his grip on Villa, looking for the choke. Villa is keeping busy.

Mamed Khalidov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nascimento is looking to slow Diablo down with leg kicks. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Nascimento.
Nascimento throws a front kick that sends Diablo stumbling back into the ropes. Nascimento clinches up with Diablo and pushes him back against the ropes. Nascimento keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Diablo's efforts to push away. Nascimento's coach down at Lock and Roll Grappling Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Nascimento's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Diablo pulls guard. Diablo working a defensive guard but Nascimento passes into half guard.
Nascimento is keen to just control but Diablo is a slippery customer. Diablo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Diablo wants to sweep but no luck. Diablo looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Nascimento puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diablo is looking to improve his position.
Nascimento wants to pass the guard but Diablo is defending well. Diablo is looking to control Nascimento's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Diablo avoid being mounted?
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Donk. Nascimento catches Diablo right on the button with a cross.
It looks like Santiago Diablo has been cut. Both fighters circling a little - Nascimento finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Nascimento throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nascimento uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Diablo. A little jabbing left from Nascimento on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Nascimento tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Diablo was well out of range. Poor timing from Nascimento. Nascimento lands the left hand. Diablo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Diablo misses with a hook
and Nascimento counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Cristiano Nascimento seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nascimento feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Diablo's calf. Nascimento connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Diablo's hands. Diablo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. This has been an exciting period of action! Nascimento throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Look low, kick high! Nascimento uses the oldest trick in the book to send Diablo tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Nascimento is absolutely delighted - when Diablo wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Cristiano Nascimento! Cristiano Nascimento retains his light heavyweight title! Cristiano Nascimento spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

It looks like Bk bk has been cut. White fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and bk has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. White throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. bk was covering up waiting for the punch and White finishes the takedown easily into guard. White stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. bk swivels though and keeps the full guard. White controls from within his opponent's guard. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White tries to stand but bk is controlling from the bottom. White trying to control the position from guard on top but bk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

White seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. White tries to stand but can't do so whilst bk controls his leg.

White lands with a nice body punch. bk has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from White. bk closes this distance looking for a takedown but White circles away. White fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. bk sprawls well initially but White persists and gets the takedown into half guard. White is sneakily working for an arm triangle but bk sees it coming and defends easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Panterson drops his hands momentarily and Yamamoto takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Yamamoto tries a head kick but it misses.
Panterson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Panterson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Panterson goes for a double leg but Yamamoto avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Yamamoto continues to drive forward. It looked like Yamamoto was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Yamamoto moves out of range of the body kick. Panterson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Nice sprawl there from Yamamoto as Panterson shoots in. Panterson staying out of range there. Panterson steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Yamamoto. Yamamoto throws a body shot but no joy. Yamamoto looks to land a combination. Panterson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Panterson is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Yamamoto cracks Panterson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. Panterson feints and then cracks Yamamoto's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Yamamoto down. Panterson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Yamamoto defends well and Panterson ends up having to push Yamamoto into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch. Yoshio Yamamoto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bread Panterson. Yamamoto stuffs the takedown attempt from Panterson. Panterson gets slowly back to his feet. Panterson looks winded! Yamamoto misses with a low kick. Panterson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Panterson takes a jab right on the kisser.

Panterson's coach down at Hilo Fight lab was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Panterson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Panterson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Panterson is rocked! Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Yamamoto moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Panterson! Yamamoto continues to tee off on Panterson, landing with a left and a right! Yamamoto connects with a right hand that leaves Panterson sleeping against the ropes! What a finish by Yamamoto!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Yoshio Yamamoto! A relieved looking Yoshio Yamamoto thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. The defeated Bread Panterson had this to say: 'Sometimes, we win, and sometimes we lost, but in the end we, all both persevere in life!so in this defeat, i will not hinder, and i'll be back much stronger than before'.

Downem shoots and misses and Downem takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Martell lands with a straight right. Downem didn't see that one coming. Martell scores with a hook.
Downem is rocked! Martell lands an uppercut, right on the button! Downem tumbles backwards into the ropes, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
