0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leon Yearwood! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yearwood throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Gleason throws a jab when Yearwood was well out of range. Gleason closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gleason lands in his opponent's guard. Yearwood is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Yearwood working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gleason. Gleason working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Gleason trying to control but Yearwood is working from the bottom. Gleason tries to free his leg and advance position but Yearwood is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yearwood is trying to control the position but Gleason postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Yearwood defends it well. Yearwood tries to roll over but Gleason keeps him under control. Gleason is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Gleason passes to full mount! Gleason fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
It looks like Leon Yearwood has been cut.

Gleason cracks Yearwood with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pelikanas throws a leg kick but Rasilainen moved away. Rasilainen closes the distance and clinches up with Pelikanas, looking for a takedown. Rasilainen pushes Pelikanas against the cage but Pelikanas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rasilainen dives in for a single leg takedown but Pelikanas sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Pelikanas moves into the clinch successfully.

Lombardi appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Greg darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Lombardi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The crowd cheers as Gun lands an impressive looking overhand right. Machado doesn't seem phased though. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gun's jab looks to have found its range, popping Machado under the eye. Gun lunges at Machado with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Machado 's hand.

A quick step to the side and Gun tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Machado dodges the punch combination from Gun.
Machado is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Jason Gun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gun lands a jab. Gun bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Machado 's head. Machado walks into a left hand. Machado is still on wobbly legs! Can Gun finish him? Gun misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Machado .

and Machado counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Gun is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Gun scores with a nice head shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gun cracks Machado with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Machado falls to his knees and Gun doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lomteur pushes Fedder up against the cage in a clinch. Lomteur wants to get back to striking at distance but Fedder won't allow it.

Baunilha postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baunilha accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Everett holds on and takes a little breather.
