The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dent throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Dent fails to land the takedown. Dent fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Venyamin loads up on a big right hand but Dent slips the punch. Dent moves into the clinch. Venyamin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Dent tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Venyamin's elbow. Dent tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Venyamin just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harvey Dent. That's going to take a lot out of him. Venyamin lands with a left to the head. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Venyamin lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Harvey Dent has been cut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dent takes an elbow to the forehead. Venyamin lands a damaging elbow. Nice elbow from Venyamin.

Dent is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dent jumps guard but Venyamin stands there with Dent around his waist. Dent gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rowinski bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Korenko knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rowinski on the ground. Rowinski is putting a hurting on Korenko here, landing some big shots from side control. Korenko parries the strikes from Rowinski easily there. Rowinski is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Korenko to escape.

Korenko seems comfortable defending it but Rowinski has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Korenko is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Korenko is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Rowinski couldn't care less - he's delighted!

No luck with that takedown attempt from Wayne. MacCumhaill cracks Wayne with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. MacCumhaill has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Wayne to stand back up! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. MacCumhaill steps in with a hook that catches Wayne right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! MacCumhaill follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Wayne looks absolutely devastated.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Copplepot closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Kane throws Copplepot to one side and escapes! Kane swings for the body but Copplepot moves out of range.
Kane jabbing away but nothing is landing. No luck for Copplepot with that takedown attempt. AS Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Copplepot jabs Kane to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Copplepot. Kane gets tackled into the cage by Copplepot. Copplepot maintains the clinch. Copplepot keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kane's efforts to push away. Copplepot keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kane's efforts to push away. Kane is trying to force a seperation but Copplepot has the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Copplepot tries to pull guard but Kane holds him up against the cage and eventually Copplepot drops back down to his feet.
AS Kane has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oswald Copplepot. Copplepot throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Copplepot jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kane walks away with a smile on his face. Copplepot gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Copplepot clinches up with Kane and pushes him back against the cage. Kane is trying to break the clinch but Copplepot has him pressed against the cage. Kane is trying to break the clinch but Copplepot is controlling him. Kane tries to break free but Copplepot pushes him back against the cage. Copplepot pulls Kane into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kane is stalling in the full guard. Kane wants to control from the top but Copplepot keeps moving. Kane is pushing down on Copplepot's leg trying to pass to half guard. Copplepot is fighting to maintain full guard but Kane has managed to sneak the leg through. Kane will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malovic avoids the head kick by Kane.
Malovic fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Malovic goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Malovic fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Kane throws a series of punches but Malovic avoids them all with ease. Kane throws a series of punches but Malovic avoids them all with ease. Malovic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Kane throws a lazy head kick and Malovic counters with a two punch combo. Malovic moves out of range of the leg kick from Kane. Malovic blocks the body kick.
Malovic tries to counter with a takedown but Kane is quick to defend against it. Malovic closes the distance and clinches up with Kane, looking for a takedown. Malovic pushes Kane against the cage but Kane circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kane misses with a low kick. Kane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fight stays on the outside here - Malovic looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Malovic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Malovic misses with a body kick. Malovic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kane circles away quickly and effectively. Andy Kane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kane lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Malovic has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Malovic and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Malovic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kane's guard. Kane is controlling Malovic's posture. Kane has his foot on Malovic's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Malovic works his way back into a safe position though. Malovic is looking to work some ground and pound but Kane has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Malovic. Malovic won't allow Kane to sweep him here. Malovic throws a big elbow that misses. Malovic trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Malovic might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Malovic wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving. Kane keeping full guard, as Malovic tries to pass. Malovic has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kane has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Malovic should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Kane has tightened it up now! Malovic should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oyashiro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Oyashiro gets the takedown into side control. Hilal throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Oyashiro tries to close the distance and clinch but Hilal swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Hilal is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Oyashiro shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hilal as he jumps to the side. Oyashiro gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hilal counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Oyashiro thinking. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fazasi Oyashiro. That's going to take a lot out of him. Oyashiro shoots in but no luck this time. Hilal unleashes a big counter combination but Oyashiro bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Oyashiro closes the distance and clinches up with Hilal, looking for a takedown. Oyashiro pushes Hilal against the cage but Hilal circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Oyashiro is breathing heavily. Oyashiro will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Oyashiro doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hilal counters with a crisp one two that drops Oyashiro! Hilal thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Oyashiro to his feet! Oyashiro is in big trouble!

He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Hilal slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Hilal lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
