With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tony Banner!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dibra looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Banner throws a combination that misses

and Dibra counters with a shoot takedown. Banner fights it but they end up in guard.

I think Browne might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bloodsport for all !!. Pierre Gautier told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

We've been informed that Maslow has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

It looks like Vladislav Maslow has been cut.

Carlton tries to bum rush Maslow with a series of wild strikes but Maslow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Carlton misses with a few strikes there.
Carlton's jab looks to have found its range, popping Maslow under the eye.
Carlton stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Maslow.
Carlton throws a series of punches but Maslow moves out of range.
Maslow tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Carlton manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Carlton takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Carlton feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Maslow sprawling to the canvas! Maslow rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Carlton finish him?!

and Carlton counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Maslow badly! Carlton follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Maslow out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Carlton finished him against the cage.
