The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kent takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Nice shot lands for Kent.
It looks like Billy Weeks has been cut. Weeks throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kent. Kent throws a nice looking combination but Weeks bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Weeks cracks Kent with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Weeks misses with a double jab.
Weeks moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Kent throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gideon Kent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Weeks staying out of range there. Some wild striking there from Kent.
Kent tries to clinch up but Weeks circles away and keeps his distance. Kent swinging wildly here.

Weeks misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Weeks slips a jab and a cross from Kent.

Weeks connects with a single shot there. Kent throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kent slips a jab and a cross from Weeks.
Kent stalks Weeks and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Weeks's face. Weeks staggers backwards, shaken. Weeks misses with a combination
and Kent counters with a crisp one two that drops Weeks! Kent thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Weeks to his feet! Weeks is in big trouble!
Weeks is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Weeks throws a series of punches but Kent moves out of range. Weeks throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That has opened up Billy Weeks's cut even more. Weeks throws a nice looking combination but Kent bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Kent tries to keep at a distance but Weeks has taken the fight into the clinch. Weeks working aggressively here.
Weeks is pushing Kent up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Weeks looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Weeks swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kent swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kent instigates a clinch. Weeks is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Gideon Kent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Weeks. Kent tries to break free but Weeks pushes him back against the cage. and Weeks counters with a left and a right that stings Kent. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Some wild striking there from Kent.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Weeks on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Weeks has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Weeks there as he acknowledges the shot.
Billy Weeks's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Jab by Kent. Weeks throws a big shot that misses. Weeks shoots in for a double leg but Kent sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Weeks is looking to clinch. Kent keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Billy Weeks's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chamomile darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Chamomile throws a right and a left that both miss. A head kick misses from Chamomile. A punch combination from Chamomile misses. Chamomile drops Keller with a beautiful combination! Keller stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Chamomile is looking for the KO!
It looks like Christian Keller has been cut. Keller showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chamomile.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Coleman in side control, throwing shots but Connor defends. Coleman working the ground and pound but Connor is defending the strikes. Coleman cracks Connor with a big elbow. Connor is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Connor struggling a bit here. Connor managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Coleman.
Connor takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Coleman is putting a hurting on Connor here, landing some big shots from side control. Coleman throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Connor works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Coleman drops an elbow to the side of Connor's head. Coleman lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Coleman throws a strike aimed at the side of Connor's head but Connor avoids it well. You can see the frustration on Connor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Coleman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Connor throws a series of punches but Coleman moves out of range. Coleman bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Coleman lands a decent elbow from side control. Coleman tries to advance to mount but can't. Coleman misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Mark Coleman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Connor is trying to control Coleman's posture but Coleman avoids it. Coleman throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Connor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Connor gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Coleman prevents Connor from improving his position.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Horrible takedown by Coleman or perhaps it was just good defense by Connor which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Coleman. That's going to take a lot out of him. Coleman will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Coleman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Connor circles away. Scott Connor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Coleman should have avoided that one. Scott Connor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mark Coleman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. A left lands for Connor.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Presley walks away with a smile on his face. Bilko gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Presley tries a head kick but it misses.
