The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar throws a body punch but Henderson moves out of range.

Henderson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Henderson showed some decent athleticism there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Henderson is trying to work for a kimura but Edgar is defending well.
Edgar looks like he's trying to stand up.
Edgar lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Barden lands a big uppercut and Stars crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Stars looks OK. Barden waves Stars back to his feet!

Barden is working to tighten is grip on Stars's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Stars has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Barden is really squeezing tight and eventually Stars passes out! Barden breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
