1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Craig Mitchell! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Mitchell with that takedown attempt. Doyles clinches up with Mitchell and pushes him back against the cage. Doyles decides to pull guard. Mitchell won't allow Doyles to get back to his feet. Doyles looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Mitchell in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Doyles manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Mitchell manages to get himself to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Doyles is looking to stand up but Mitchell won't let him. Mitchell looking for a guillotine here but Doyles defends easily.
Mitchell pushes a forearm under Doyles's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Doyles is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson misses with the combination.
Jackson jabs Kozlov to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kozlov gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson is fighting to break Kozlov's control of his arms but Kozlov is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kozlov is on top in guard.
Kozlov with a flurry of punches that miss. Kozlov trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kozlov is working Jackson over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Kozlov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Jackson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kozlov haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gal Thommer! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thommer dives in and grabs Lawler's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lawler pushes down on Thommer's head and hops out. Lawler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Thommer. Thommer has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Lawler avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Thommer cracks Lawler with a right hand to the side of the head. Thommer shoots in for a double leg but Lawler sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Lawler takes a swing at Thommer's ribcage but misses. Thommer walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Lawler keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Tyron Lawler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gal Thommer. Thommer fails miserably with a takedown attempt. A momentary lapse in concentration from Thommer enables Lawler to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Thommer manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lawler working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Lawler chips away with some ground and pound. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Thommer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lawler doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lawler manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Lawler with a nice head shot there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lawler's corner is telling him to maintain position. Lawler's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Lawler throws a big right hand that misses. Lawler postures up.
Lawler is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Lawler missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lawler slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lawler in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lawler preventing the sweep.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Thommer wants to clinch up but Lawler keeps it at a distance. Lawler feinted with a counter takedown. Lawler tries to bum rush Thommer with a series of wild strikes but Thommer uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Thommer tries to sprawl but Lawler drives through with a takedown into half guard. Lawler landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Thommer is trying to control but can't.
Lawler looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thommer tries to roll over but Lawler keeps him under control. Lawler has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Lawler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Lawler landing strikes, looking to finish! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lawler tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Thommer is wriggling around trying to escape.
Lawler lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Lawler wants to control but instead Thommer manages to regain half guard. Lawler wants to lay and pray for a moment but Thommer keeps working. Lawler looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lawler is taking a breather. Thommer says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Thommer has hold of Lawler's hands but Lawler slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Thommer is trying to get back to full guard. Thommer keeps trying to improve his position. Lawler perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lawler looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lawler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Thommer manages to avoid it. Thommer moves in looking to clinch but Lawler pushes him off. Thommer shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Lawler displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Thommer throws out the jab. Lawler scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Lawler looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Thommer is trying to control but can't.
Lawler content to control rather than advance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Thommer is not content to let Lawler control the position. Still in half guard, Lawler seems content to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lawler stands up and beckons Thommer to join him on the feet. Lawler looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Lawler lands a couple of decent looking shots. Lawler keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Thommer's head.
Thommer is rocked! Lawler working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Thommer is still in real trouble! Can Lawler finish him? Lawler gets to his feet and stands over Thommer, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Thommer felt that one! Lawler unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Thommer from any more punishment!

Ilyak lands a hook to the side of the head. Johnson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Ilyak lands with a short head shot on the inside. Johnson tries to work over Ilyak's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Ilyak lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Ilyak gets through Johnson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A short right from Ilyak on the inside. Ilyak creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Johnson's defenses. Ilyak lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Wates connects with a leg kick. Gavilan looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Wates takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Gavilan's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Gavilan duly obliges. Wates shoots and misses letting Gavilan counter with a right hand. Gavilan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jab, jab by Gavilan - just one landing.

Wates jumps guard but Gavilan stands there with Wates around his waist. Wates gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gavilan has had enough of the clinch but Wates keeps him there for the moment. Wates's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gavilan keeps the fight on the outside. Wates fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gavilan. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gavilan lands a body shot.

Gavilan moves away from the strike by Wates. Gavilan fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Wates looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Gavilan throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Gavilan connects with a body shot that sends Wates's belly button to the back. Gavilan dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Gavilan rushes Wates and presses him up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wates jumps guard and drags Gavilan to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Gavilan tries to stand but Wates is controlling from the bottom. Wates controlling Gavilan's posture. Gavilan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Gavilan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wates on the ground. Wates working for a triangle but Gavilan defends it easily.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Wates holds on and takes a little breather.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Volkov shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Nice defenses there by Volkov. Matrix dips to his left and cracks Volkov with an uppercut! We've been told by Matrix's head coaches at Team Tukkapölly that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Volkov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Volkov tries to clinch but Matrix moves out of range. Volkov throws a head kick but Matrix moves out of range.

Volkov walks into a stiff left hand from Matrix. Matrix moves away from the strike by Volkov. Volkov throws a wild body kick that Matrix sees coming a mile off. Volkov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Volkov wants to clinch up but Matrix keeps it at a distance. Volkov closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Volkov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Matrix ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Matrix jabs Volkov right on the nose. Volkov blinks but takes it well. Volkov slips a jab and a cross from Matrix.
No joy there for Volkov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Volkov tries to bum rush Matrix with a series of wild strikes but Matrix uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Volkov throws a right hand that Matrix ducks under and follows up with a left that Matrix also avoids with ease. Volkov tries to clinch there but Matrix circles away.
Volkov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Volkov connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Volkov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Matrix smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Volkov ducks right into an uppercut from Matrix. Volkov chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Matrix can pounce on him.
Matrix moves away from the strike by Volkov. Volkov throws a body punch but Matrix moves out of range. Matrix scores with a jab to the jaw. Volkov takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Volkov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Matrix - the referee stops the clock and Volkov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Matrix. Volkov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Volkov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Matrix counters with a nice uppercut. Matrix avoids the head kick by Volkov.
As Volkov tries to get set, Matrix tries to push him back and clinch up but Volkov manages to avoid the attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circling - Matrix throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Volkov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Matrix paws at him with a jab and circles away. Markovic goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. A big left from Markovic misses. A low kick from Crow misses and Markovic counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The crowd cheers as Markovic lands an impressive looking overhand right. Crow doesn't seem phased though.

Oh Crow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Crow walks straight into a right hand from Markovic - that's dropped him! Markovic jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Crow from any more punishment! Crow complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Mendez is rocked! Schilling throws an uppercut from hell that sends Mendez clean off his feet! He's out cold! Schilling stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Kropotkin eats them both and turns towards Heikkinen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Heikkinen bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kropotkin moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Heikkinen walks into a straight right hand from Kropotkin. Heikkinen looks to land a body kick but Kropotkin moved away. Heikkinen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kropotkin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Heikkinen pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Petr Kropotkin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice body punch from Kropotkin. A left and a right from Heikkinen both land. Nice combination. Kropotkin is still on wobbly legs! Can Heikkinen finish him? Heikkinen's corner calls for a 1-2. Heikkinen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Kropotkin scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A punch lands to the side of Heikkinen 's head but he takes it in his stride. Kropotkin seems to have recovered his senses. A shot to the liver by Kropotkin. Beautiful body shot. Heikkinen throws a front kick that sends Kropotkin stumbling back into the cage. Kropotkin throws a right hand that Heikkinen ducks under and follows up with a left that Heikkinen also avoids with ease. Kropotkin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Heikkinen. Heikkinen lands a big head kick that sends Kropotkin tumbling to the mat! Heikkinen takes a step backwards and waves Kropotkin back to his feet - he wants the finish!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Heikkinen looks for the body kick but Kropotkin saw that one coming. Kropotkin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Heikkinen ducks under a wild hook from Kropotkin. Heikkinen wants to slow Kropotkin down by chopping away at his legs. Kropotkin scores with a punch to the head. Heikkinen lands a jab to the head.
Kropotkin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kropotkin might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Heikkinen drops his hands momentarily and Kropotkin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Heikkinen throws a leg kick which misses Kropotkin's front leg but catches the back leg as Kropotkin tries to avoid it. Kropotkin misses with a hook. A swing and a miss from Heikkinen. Kropotkin blocks a jab. A looping hook to the body misses from Kropotkin. Heikkinen does a little dance to reset his feet. Heikkinen tries to work over Kropotkin's front leg with a kick but Kropotkin checks it. Kropotkin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kropotkin takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kropotkin has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Heikkinen. Heikkinen jabbing away but nothing is landing. A little jabbing left from Kropotkin on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Heikkinen blocks a jab. An inside leg kick from Heikkinen misses. Heikkinen slips under a jab from Kropotkin. The crowd cheers as Heikkinen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kropotkin doesn't seem phased though. Heikkinen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Heikkinen tries to work over Kropotkin's front leg with a kick but Kropotkin checks it. Kropotkin appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body. Kropotkin misses with a two punch combination.
Kropotkin checks a low kick from Heikkinen. Both fighters circling a little - Heikkinen finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Heikkinen throws a right and a left that both miss. Kropotkin fails to land with a series of punches.
Kropotkin wants to clinch up but Heikkinen keeps it at a distance. Kropotkin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kropotkin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Heikkinen. Heikkinen clobbers Kropotkin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Heikkinen lands a big head kick that sends Kropotkin to the canvas! Heikkinen follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
