The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zuberi dodges the punch combination from Kong.
Zuberi takes a kick to the side of the head. Kong misses with the combination.
Kong stalks Zuberi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Zuberi's face. Zuberi staggers backwards, shaken. Kong fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kong throws a series of punches but Zuberi moves out of range. Zuberi dodges the punch combination from Kong.
Kong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. A head kick misses from Kong. Kong fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kong goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kong!
King Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zuberi drops Kong with a right and a left! Zuberi comes rushing in but Kong regains his composure and manages to keep Zuberi in guard.
Kong is rocked!
It looks like King Kong has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Zuberi stays in close to Kong's body and controls the position. Zuberi seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kong for as long as he can get away with.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nub takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Nub is breathing heavily. MMA throws an overhand right that lands on Nub's shoulder, as Nub tries to avoid the shot. A jab from MMA does it's job there.
It looks like Punski Nub has been cut. MMA connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. MMA lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Nub ducks right into an uppercut from MMA. MMA smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. MMA lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Punski Nub seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. MMA bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Nub's head backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fighters circle momentarily. MMA darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. MMA lands with a hook. Nub tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. MMA lands an overhand right.
Nub is rocked! Nub is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. MMA doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Nub crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Nub's bad books for that mishap!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between big black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Dean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). black kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is my life. Kyle Dean struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.6lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. big black has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! black shoots in for a double leg but Dean sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dean shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dean was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! black tries to get back to half guard but can't. black avoids a series of strikes thrown by Dean.
black sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. black gets full guard. Dean looks gassed! Dean throws a big right hand that misses. Dean wants to control from the top but black keeps moving. black controls Dean momentarily but Dean frees himself. black is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. black controls Dean momentarily but Dean frees himself.

black is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Dean is aware though and is defending well. black trying to keep a closed guard but Dean is proving a slippery customer.
Dean wants to pass the guard but black is keeping the position. black is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. black is keen to just control but Dean is a slippery customer. black content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. black lands with a punch from half guard.

Dean is staying active underneath black, who seems content to just control the action from this position. black is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dean defends it well. black is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Dean rolls with it to try and escape but black cranks on the arm and Dean is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
