Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gray Wyatt!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wyatt throws a leg kick but Uce sees it coming and moves out of range.
Wyatt takes a swing at Uce's ribcage but misses.

Wyatt moves into the clinch.
Wyatt stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Wyatt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Uce is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Wyatt manages to pull guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wyatt can do anything to dispel that myth.
Wyatt wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Rose bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Erikson's guard.
