1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Nowak! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nowak fails with a takedown attempt. Nowak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but King avoids it really well and circles away. A good leg kick by King. King misses with a double jab.
King tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. King connects with a solid leg kick. King throws a lazy body kick and Nowak counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Nowak wants to advance to full mount but King doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Nowak stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! King throws up his legs and catches Nowak in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Nowak tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by King! That came out of nowhere!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Marco Eronen! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch lands to the side of Ado 's head but he takes it in his stride. Ado has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Eronen. Eronen gets caught napping as Ado dives in and scores a takedown. Eronen manages to retain guard. Ado trying to stand up but can't free himself from Eronen's guard. Eronen tries to land a sweep but no joy. Eronen is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ado throwing strikes but missing. Eronen wants to sweep here but Ado controlling him for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eronen keeping moving, preventing Ado from controlling successfully. Ado preventing the sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ado trying to control but Eronen is working from the bottom. Eronen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Eronen looking for a sweep. Not yet Eronen, not yet. Eronen is trying to control the position but Ado postures up. Eronen keeping moving, preventing Ado from controlling successfully. Ado has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Ado avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A quick step to the side and Ado tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Eronen lands a jab to Ado's midsection. Eronen fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Eronen stuffs the takedown attempt from Ado. Ado gets slowly back to his feet. Eronen is looking for the big counter here. Marco Eronen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eronen lands a nice leg kick that just misses Ado's sensitive parts. Eronen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Eronen circles away from the clinch attempt and Eronen counters with a series of strikes. Ado will be more careful next time no doubt. Eronen throws a series of punches but Ado moves out of range. Eronen tries to work over Ado's front leg with a kick but Ado checks it. Eronen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ado momentarily.

Ado throws a big counter combination but Eronen scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ado. Ado misses with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ado changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eronen tries to avoid it but Ado manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eronen to the ground. Eronen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Ado. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ado misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ado shoots in and drives through. Eronen sprawls well. Eronen tries to land a front kick but Ado steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ado looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Eronen lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Ado is rocked! Eronen looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Eronen backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ado's temple! It sends Ado violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Eronen celebrates and the doctors try to help Ado!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Valmer displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Machado throws out the jab. Valmer tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Machado misses with a hook
and Valmer counters with a shoot takedown. Machado fights it but they end up in guard. Valmer trying to control but Machado is working from the bottom. Valmer misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Valmer in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Valmer lands an elbow. Valmer looks up at the clock and then as Machado takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Valmer smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Jimmy Valmer has got the better of the ground game so far. Valmer looking to control but instead Machado has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. Valmer is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Valmer is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Machado is forced to tap! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beast cracks Erwin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Beast fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Erwin is out of range. Good leg kick by Beast there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Beast fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Erwin takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Erwin has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight. Beast just misses with a punch to the body.

Erwin takes one on the chin but seems OK.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Beast lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Beast throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Erwin. Beast moves into the clinch. Erwin gets through Beast's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Beast tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Erwin's elbow. Erwin is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Erwin breaks the clinch.
Erwin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Beast circles away quickly and effectively. A head kick misses from Beast. Beast thows a leg kick but Erwin checks it and Erwin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beast lands with a shot to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Beast punishes Erwin's body with a nice straight punch. Beast ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Nice sprawl there from Beast as Erwin shoots in. Beast has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. A lazy body kick from Beast and Erwin counters with a lovely straight right hand! Erwin fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Beast avoids it really well and circles away. A left lands for Beast. Good exchange - Beast coming out on top. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Izzy Beast dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Beast uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Beast cracks Erwin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Erwin circles away from the clinch attempt and Beast takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Erwin stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Beast. Beast has managed to clinch.

Erwin turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Erwin goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Beast has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Erwin but great work by Beast. Beast happy to just control the position for now. Let's hope that Beast has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Beast takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banks throws a hook to the side of Swanson's head but Swanson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Swanson avoids the body shot from Banks.
Swanson's coach down at English Top Team - THE Hybrid Gym (11 ELITE ) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Swanson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. No luck with that takedown attempt from Swanson. Banks thows a left - swing and a miss! Banks fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Swanson manages to avoid it. Banks lands a nice shot to the body.
Banks cracks Swanson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Banks tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Swanson was well out of range. Poor timing from Banks. Swanson let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Horrible takedown attempt by Swanson or perhaps it was just good defense by Banks, which made it look bad. Banks's corner calls for a 1-2. Banks obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Banks lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. No luck with that takedown attempt from Swanson. Jonathan Banks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Swanson. Swanson goes for a double leg but Banks avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Banks continues to drive forward. Swanson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Banks feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Swanson sprawling to the canvas! Swanson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Banks finish him?!

Swanson switches off momentarily and Banks cracks him with a monster right hand! Swanson topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Banks dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Banks!
