Nowak stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! King throws up his legs and catches Nowak in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Nowak tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by King! That came out of nowhere!

Let's hope that Beast has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Swanson's coach down at English Top Team - THE Hybrid Gym (11 ELITE ) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Swanson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
