Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darth Vader (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Sleeper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nate Sleeper ! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vader slips a jab and a cross from Sleeper .
Sleeper scores with a one two! Vader had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like Darth Vader has been cut. Sleeper 's coach down at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Sleeper 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Vader closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sleeper 's guard. Sleeper utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Sleeper wants to stand up but Vader is controlling him. Vader makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Vader has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Vader postures up in Sleeper 's guard and throws a big left but Sleeper blocks it. Vader cracks Sleeper with a solid left hand. Vader throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Sleeper works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Vader in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Vader controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Sleeper working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Vader. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sleeper wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Vader manages to pass to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sleeper avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Vader. Ground and pound from Vader. Nice strikes from Vader there. Well, if Vader is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Vader throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Vader controlling the action here. Sleeper blocking the ground and pound attempt from Vader.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vader lands strikes from half guard. Vader missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Vader not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Vader lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Vader throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Vader working the head and body with strikes. Vader lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Vader sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sleeper defending well though. Sleeper on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Sleeper really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Vader. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Vader is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Vader lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vader with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Vader throwing shots but Sleeper is blocking nicely. Vader working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Sleeper taking some punishment here, with Vader in his half guard.
Sleeper is rocked! Sleeper looks winded! Vader lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Sleeper ! More strikes land and this one is all over! Vader jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darth Vader! Darth Vader tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! HoutKooper gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Snodgrass to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Lars HoutKooper has been cut. HoutKooper shoots and misses and HoutKooper takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. HoutKooper has his takedown stuffed and Snodgrass counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Dobber Snodgrass has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lars HoutKooper. HoutKooper with a poor takedown and Snodgrass counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. HoutKooper misses with a takedown and Snodgrass counters with a straight punch to the midsection. HoutKooper looks winded! HoutKooper doesn't succeed with the takedown and Snodgrass cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
HoutKooper is rocked! HoutKooper doesn't succeed with the takedown and Snodgrass counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Shore fails in his attempt to clinch. A left and a right from Shore both land. Nice combination. Shore looks to land a combination but Curtin avoids it well. No joy there for Shore, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Curtin thinks about countering with a head kick. Shore throws the kick towards the body but Curtin avoids it. Shore lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Curtin backs up against the cage.
Shore lands with a right that hurts Curtin. Curtin looks to clinch but Shore throws a short knee that drops Curtin. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch and Knee). Rick Shore! After winning the bout, Rick Shore thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thompson throws a right and a left that both miss. Thompson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Miguel defends it nicely. It looked like Miguel wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Miguel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Thompson tries a quick counter leg kick but Miguel is wise to it. Thompson slips a jab from Miguel. Thompson swings widly with a right hand
and Miguel counters with a head kick. That will keep Thompson thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Miguel shoots for a takedown but Thompson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miguel moves into the clinch. Thompson jumps guard.

Miguel has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Miguel prevents Thompson from getting back to his feet. Miguel stays in close to Thompson's body and controls the position. Miguel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Thompson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Miguel is controlling him. Miguel is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Thompson is looking to stand up but Miguel isn't so interested in that idea.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Our sources have told us that Miguel has been working on his elbows in the gym. Miguel jumps guard.
Thompson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Miguel, up you get! Miguel clinches. Thompson is looking to break free of the clinch but Miguel has double underhooks. Miguel tries to pull guard but Thompson holds him up against the cage and eventually Miguel drops back down to his feet.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Miguel just misses with a elbow thrown towards Thompson's brow. Miguel has Thompson pressed against the cage, preventing Thompson from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Thompson is looking to stand up but Miguel won't let him. Thompson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Miguel is trying to keep Thompson in close.

Miguel lands with a short head shot on the inside. Miguel has clasped his hands together around Thompson's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Miguel is trying to get an arm triangle but Thompson is defending well. Thompson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Miguel is controlling him well. Miguel is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Thompson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Miguel trying to control the position but Thompson is working away.

Thompson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Miguel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Miguel thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Thompson can't do much from the bottom here. Thompson is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Miguel is staying active. Thompson is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Miguel has just dragged him back down to the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Miguel is looking for a kimura. He might have it! That was a close second round but I would say that Amos Miguel will probably get the nod. That's time! Miguel's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

It looks like Amos Miguel has been cut. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thompson stands up from half guard. Thompson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Miguel was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Miguel misses with a low kick.
Miguel doesn't succeed with the takedown and Thompson counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Amos Miguel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Miguel misses with a jab to the body
and Thompson counters with a right hand that sends Miguel tumbling to the canvas! Can Thompson finish him? He dives into Miguel's guard looking to do just that! Amos Miguel is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Thompson wants to stand and escape but instead Miguel has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Miguel stops Thompson from standing up. Miguel trying to control the position from guard on top but Thompson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Miguel's corner is telling him to maintain position. Thompson pulls Miguel in close to prevent any damage. Miguel looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thompson looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Miguel is stalling in the full guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Thompson has control of Miguel's left arm, preventing Miguel from doing any damage.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Miguel just misses with a punch to the body.
Amos Miguel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thompson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Thompson fails to land with a series of punches.
Miguel throws a big counter combination but Thompson scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Oli Thompson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Miguel throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Thompson on the side of the head. Miguel showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thompson.
And that's the end of the fight! Oli Thompson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Miguel has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Kit Walker misses with a takedown attempt and John Walker counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. John Walker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kit Walker's sensitive parts. John Walker has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Soul Supremacy Rio in the buildup to the fight. Kit Walker throws a combination that misses and John Walker counters with a nice uppercut. A thudding body kick lands there by John Walker!
